ThisRentalContract(the“Contract”)isenteredintoonthis__dayof_______,2025,between:

TheLandlordandtheTenantarehereinafterreferredtoindividuallyasa“Party”andcollectivelyasthe“Parties.”

1.PropertyandTerm

a.TheLandlordherebyleasestotheTenantandtheTenantherebyrentsfromtheLandlord,theresidentialpremiseslocatedat[PropertyAddress](the“Property”),foratermcommencingon[StartDate]andendingon[EndDate],unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththetermsofthisContract.

b.TheTenantagreestousethePropertysolelyforresidentialpurposesandincompliancewithallapplicablelaws,regulations,andordinances.

2.RentandPaymentTerms

a.TheTenantshallpaytheLandlordtherentintheamountof[RentAmount]permonth,dueonthefirstdayofeachmonth,payableby[paymentmethod].

b.RentforthefirstmonthshallbedueandpayableupontheexecutionofthisContract.

c.IftherentisnotreceivedbytheLandlordwithin[number]daysaftertheduedate,theTenantshallpayalatefeeof[LateFeeAmount].

3.SecurityDeposit

a.TheTenantshallpayasecuritydepositintheamountof[SecurityDepositAmount]upontheexecutionofthisContract.

b.ThesecuritydepositshallbeheldbytheLandlordtosecuretheperformanceoftheTenant’sobligationsunderthisContractandtocoveranydamagetothePropertyuponterminationofthisContract.

4.UseandMaintenanceoftheProperty

a.TheTenantshallkeepthePropertyclean,safe,andingoodrepairandshallcomplywithallhealthandsafetylaws,regulations,andordinances.

b.TheTenantshallberesponsibleforalldamagetothePropertycausedbytheTenant,theirguests,orinvitees.

c.TheLandlordshallberesponsibleforthemaintenanceandrepairofthestructuralcomponentsofthePropertyandanyappliancesprovidedbytheLandlord.

5.UtilitiesandServices

a.TheTenantshallberesponsibleforpayingallutilitybills,includingbutnotlimitedtoelectricity,gas,water,sewage,andgarbagecollection,unlessotherwisespecifiedinthisContract.

b.TheLandlordshallensurethatthePropertyisequippedwithnecessaryservices,suchasheating,cooling,andplumbing,thatareingoodworkingorderatthecommencementoftheterm.

6.AccessandPrivacy

a.TheLandlordshallgivetheTenantreasonablenoticebeforeenteringthePropertyforthepurposeofinspection,maintenance,orrepair.

b.TheTenantshallallowtheLandlordaccesstothePropertyatreasonabletimesforthepurposesmentionedabove.

7.SublettingandAssignment

a.TheTenantshallnotsubletthePropertyorassignthisContractwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.

8.TerminationandNotice

a.ThisContractmaybeterminatedbyeitherPartyupon[noticeperiod]writtennoticetotheotherParty.

b.IftheTenantfailstocomplywithanyofthetermsandconditionsofthisContract,theLandlordmayterminatethisContractimmediatelyuponwrittennoticetotheTenant.

9.DisputeResolution

10.MiscellaneousProvisions
