OnehealthyhabitI'vebeenpracticingisa30-minutejogintheparkbeforeschool.Iusuallywakeupat

6:30a.m.dailyandstartwithsimplewarm-upslikearmcircles,followedbyjoggingaroundthepark,which,

coupledwithfreshairandgreenscenery,hashelpedmefeelrefreshedandfullyenergizedfortheday'sstudy.

SinceIbeganthisroutineayearago,Ihavenoticedasignificantimprovementinmyphysicalandmental

health.Mystaminahasincreased,andInolongerfeeltiredafteralongdayofclasses.Additionally,ithelps

meclearmymindandreduceexamstress,whichimprovesmyfocusduringschoolhours.

Whetherit'sexercising,eatingbalancedmeals,orensuringagoodnight'ssleep,maintainingahealthy

lifestylewillnotonlykeepusphysicallyfitbutalsoimproveouroverallwell-beingandmood.Let'sembrace

healthylifestylesforabetterschoollife!
