EvaluationStandardforPrefabricatedBuildingsDB33/T1165-2019(ZhejiangProvince)ProvincialStandardGuidelinesforEvaluationofIndustrializedBuildings(ZhejiangProvince.January2016)Void01PCBULIDINGCONSTRUCTION02MainConcepts01AssemblyrateTheNationalStandardisthesameastheProvincialStandardP—AssemblyrateQ1—ActualscoreofmainstructureindexQ2—ActualscoreofenclosurewallandinternalpartitionwallindicatorsQ3—ActualscoreofdecorationandequipmentpipelineindicatorsQ4—TotalscoreofmissingevaluationitemsintheevaluationprojectAlthoughthetotalscoreofprovincialstandardisgreaterthan100,Butinthisformula,itisstillcalculatedas100PrefabricationrateMainConcepts01PCBULIDINGCONSTRUCTION03ComparisonBetweenNationalStandardandProvincialStandard03ComparisonBetweenNationalStandardandProvincialStandardNationalStandardProvincialStandard3.0.3Theprefabricatedbuildingshouldmeetboththefollowingrequirements.Anevaluationscoreofnolessthan20pointsforthemainstructurecomponents;Anevaluationscoreofnotlessthan10pointsfortheenclosurewallandinternalpartitionwallsections.Adoptfulldecoration;Theassemblyrateshallnotbelessthan50%.3.0.4Itisdeterminedthattheevaluationunitisaprecastbuilding,Thefollowingrequirementsshallbemetatthesametime:Anevaluationscoreofnolessthan20pointsforthemainstructurecomponents;Anevaluationscoreofnotlessthan10pointsfortheenclosurewallandinternalpartitionwallsections.Implementfulldecoration;Applicationofbuildinginformationmodel(BIM)technology;Embodystandardizeddesign;Theassemblyrateofpublicbuildingsshallnotbelessthan60%,andthatofresidentialbuildingsshallnotbelessthan50%03NationalStandardProvincialStandardComparisonBetweenNationalStandardandProvincialStandard03Preevaluationshouldbecarriedoutinthedesignstage,andtheassemblyrateshouldbecalculatedaccordingtothedesigndocuments;Theprojectevaluationshallbecarriedoutafterthecompletionacceptanceoftheproject,andtheassemblyrateshallbecalculatedandtheevaluationgradeshallbedeterminedaccordingtothecompletionacceptancedata.Inthefirststage,theassemblyrateshouldbecalculatedaccordingtotheconstructiondrawingdesigndocuments,andtheprefabricatedbuildingshouldbepre-evaluated;Inthesecondstage,afterthecompletionacceptanceoftheproject,theassemblyrateshallbecalculatedaccordingtothecompletionacceptancedata,andtheassemblybuildingprojectevaluationshallbecarriedoutandtheevaluationgradeoftheprefabricatedbuildingshallbedetermined.3.0.2Theevaluationofprefabricatedbuildingsshallcomplywiththefollowingprovisions:3.0.3Thecalculationofassemblyrateandtheevaluationofprefabricatedbuildingsshouldbedividedintotwostages:ProvincialStandardNationalStandardComparisonBetweenNationalStandardandProvincialStandard03q1a——Theapplicationproportionofprefabricatedpartsinverticalcomponentsofmainstructure,suchascolumns,supports,load-bearingwallsandductilewallpanels;V1a——Thetotalvolumeofprecastconcreteinverticalcomponentsofmainstructure,suchascolumns,supports,load-bearingwallsandductilewallpanels,ThepostcastconcreteoftheconnectionpartbetweenprefabricatedcomponentsinaccordancewithArticle4.0.3ofthisStandardcanalsobeincludedinthecalculation;V——Totalconcretevolumeofverticalcomponentsofmainstructuresuchascolumns,supports,load-bearingwallsandductilewallpanels.4.0.6intheProvincialStandard,theapplicationproportionofprefabricatedcomponentsintheverticalcomponentsofthemainstructuresuchascolumns,supports,bearingwallsandductilewallboardsofconcretestructuresshallnotbelessthan35%accordingtoArticle4.0.2ofthisStandard,Andwhenhigh-precisionmoldisusedintheconstructionofverticalcomponentsofmainstructuressuchascolumnsandbearingwalls,thetotalevaluationscoreofverticalcomponentscanbethesumoftheevaluationscoredeterminedaccordingtotheapplicationproportionofprecastcomponentsandthemodifiedevaluationscoredeterminedaccordingtotheuseofhigh-precisionmoldonsite,Andthetotalevaluationscoreofverticalcomponentsshouldnotexceed30points.NOTE!4.0.2Columns,supports,load-bearingwalls,ductilewallpanelsandotherverticalcomponentsofthemainstructurearemainlymadeofconcreteWhenusingmaterials,theapplicationproportionofprefabricatedcomponentsshallbecalculatedaccordingtothefollowingformula:ComparisonBetweenNationalStandardandProvincialStandard03V1a=6*0.6*0.8*h(Prefabrication)=2.88hV=6*0.6*0.8*h(Prefabrication)+2*0.5*0.5*h(Castinsite)=3.38h30pointsScoreofhigh-precisiontemplate:5*1*0.148=0.74ComparisonBetweenNationalStandardandProvincialStandard031Thepostcastconcretevolumeoftheverticalcast-in-situsectionswithawidthofnotmorethan600mmbetweenprecastshearwallboardsandthehorizontalpostcaststripandringbeamwithaheightofnotmorethan300mm;2Thepostcastconcretevolumeinthecolumnbeamjointareabetweentheprecastframecolumnandtheframebeam;3Theheightbetweenprecastcolumnsshallnotbegreaterthanthevolumeofpostcastconcreteintheconnectionareawithsmallersizeofcolumnsection.NationalStandardProvincialStandard1Thepostcastconcretevolumeoftheverticalcast-in-situsectionswithawidthofnotmorethan600mmbetweenprecastshearwallboards,theendcolumnsatbothendsofprecastwallboards,ortheconcealedcolumnswithasidelengthofnotmorethan600mm,thehorizontalpostc
