Forleadersacrossbusiness,government,andeducation,thistransformationpresentsarealchallenge.Butwithinthosechallengesisanextraordinaryopportunity.

ThedominantnarrativearoundAIhasoften

focusedonautomation.Thedatapaintsa

different,morenuancedpicture:onedefinedbybothaugmentationandautomation.Arecent

Anthropicreportfoundthatwhile47%ofAI

interactionsonClaudeinvolveaugmentation—

collaboratingwithhumanstoenhancecapabilities
