1.SecuringaValidJobOffer

2.ApplyingfortheEmploymentLicenseNotice

Theemployersubmitsanapplicationtothelocalhumanresourcesbureau,providingdocumentsincludingthejobdescription,theforeignnational’sresume,educationalcredentials,andhealthcertificate.Uponapproval,theemployerreceivesanEmploymentLicenseNoticeforForeigners,whichtheemployeeusestoapplyforaworkvisa.
