InthisChannelIslandsreport,wedelvefurtherintowhat’sfrontofmindforlocalbusinessleadersandhowthisalignsordiffersfrom
globalpeers.
Theyear2025wascertainlyaperiodofglobalchangeand2026is
continuingthistrend.Leadingthroughgeopoliticaluncertaintyand
acceleratingeffectiveartificialintelligence(AI)adoptionaretopprioritiesforCEOsglobally,andtheChannelIslandspictureisnodifferent.
BusinessleadersinGuernseyandJerseyarefeelingpositiveaboutthefuturebut,atthesametime,concernedaboutmanagingrisksand
keepingupwiththepaceofchange.Manyofthechallengesfacing
globalCEOs,suchasaccesstoAI-readytalent,areseenmoreacutelylocally.Butwecanalsoseedifferentiatingstrengths,suchasin
innovationcapabilitiesandcollaborations.
Weknowthatourislands’industriesandbusinessesneedtocontinuetoevolve.
