echosenbyPartyBaccordingtotheactualsituation,butshallensurethattheMoldsaredeliveredsafelyandontime.Alltransportation-relatedexpenses(includingbutnotlimitedtofreight,insurance,packaging)areincludedinthetotalcontractpriceandbornebyPartyB.4.4包装要求/PackagingRequirements：乙方应采用坚固、防潮、防锈的包装方式，确保模具在运输过程中不受损坏。每个包装单元应附有详细的装箱清单、模具编号、名称及必要的防护标识。4.5风险转移/RiskTransfer：模具在甲方指定地点交付并经甲方签收前，一切毁损、灭失的风险由乙方承担；签收后，风险转移给甲方。TheriskofdamageorlossoftheMoldsshallbebornebyPartyBuntiltheyaredeliveredtothedesignatedlocationandsignedforbyPartyA;aftersigning,theriskshallpasstoPartyA.WhendeliveringtheMolds,PartyBshallsimultaneouslysubmitthefollowingdocuments(inChineseorEnglish):（1）详细的模具结构图、零件图、装配图电子版及纸质版各一份；（2）模具材料材质证明、热处理报告；Moldmaterialcertificationandheattreatmentreport;（3）试模样品（数量：[]件/套）及试模报告；Trialmoldsamples(quantity:[]piece/set)andtrialmoldreport;（4）装箱清单；Packinglist;（5）甲方要求的其他技术文件。OthertechnicaldocumentsrequiredbyPartyA.第五条质量标准与验收Article5QualityStandardsandAcceptance5.1质量标准：模具及使用该模具生产的塑胶产品必须符合：（1）甲方提供并经双方确认的产品图纸、3D模型及技术要求（附件一及附件二）；Productdrawings,3DmodelsandtechnicalrequirementsprovidedbyPartyAandconfirmedbybothparties(Appendix1andAppendix2);（2）乙方在投标文件或报价单中承诺的技术参数和质量标准（如有，作为附件）；TechnicalparametersandqualitystandardspromisedbyPartyBinthebiddocumentsorquotation(ifany,asanappendix);（3）本合同约定的验收标准；AcceptancecriteriaagreedinthisContract;（4）国家及行业相关强制性标准。Relevantnationalandindustrymandatorystandards.5.2预验收（可选）/Pre-acceptance(Optional)：在乙方工厂进行。甲方有权在模具制造完成后、发货前，到乙方工厂对模具进行预验收，乙方应予以配合。预验收合格不代表最终验收，最终验收以甲方工厂内验收为准。TobeconductedatPartyB'sfactory.PartyAhastherighttoconductpre-acceptanceoftheMoldsatPartyB'sfactoryaftertheMoldsaremanufacturedandbeforeshipment,andPartyBshallcooperate.Passingpre-acceptancedoesnotmeanfinalacceptance;finalacceptanceshallbesubjecttoacceptanceatPartyA'sfactory.5.3最终验收/FinalAcceptance：5.3.1模具运抵甲方工厂后，甲方应在[]个工作日内按照本合同约定的验收标准组织对模具进行安装、调试和试模，并进行最终验收。AftertheMoldsarriveatPartyA'sfactory,PartyAshall,within[]workingdays,organizetheinstallation,debuggingandtrialmoldingoftheMoldsinaccordancewiththeacceptancecriteriaagreedinthisContract,andconductthefinalacceptance.5.3.2验收内容/AcceptanceContent：a)模具外观：结构完整，无明显缺陷
