“机器翻译+译后编辑”模式在隐喻翻译中的应用——《新质生产力的理论贡献和实践价值》汉译英实践报告Abstract:Thisstudyexplorestheapplicationofthe"machinetranslation+post-editing"modelinmetaphoricaltranslation,highlightingitstheoreticalcontributionandpracticalvalue.Byintegratingmachinetranslationwithpost-editingtechniques,thisapproachaimstoenhancetheaccuracyandfluencyoftranslations,ultimatelycontributingtothedevelopmentofnewqualityproductivity.Introduction:Metaphoricaltranslationisachallengingtaskthatrequiresnotonlyaccurateinterpretationofsourcetextbutalsoeffectiveexpressionintargetlanguage.The"machinetranslation+post-editing"modeloffersapromisingsolutionbycombiningtheefficiencyofmachinetranslationwiththeexpertiseofpost-editors.Thispaperaimstoinvestigatethepotentialofthismodelinmetaphoricaltranslationanditsimpactonthedevelopmentofnewqualityproductivity.LiteratureReview:Theexistingliteratureonmetaphoricaltranslationhasprimarilyfocusedonthechallengesfacedbytranslatorsincapturingthenuancesofsourcetexts.Whilemachinetranslationtechnologyhasmadesignificantprogress,itslimitationsinhandlingcomplexlinguisticstructuresandculturalreferenceshavehindereditseffectivenessinmetaphoricaltranslation.Post-editingtechniques,ontheotherhand,offeravenuesforenhancingthequalityoftranslationsbycorrectingerrors,improvingclarity,andensuringconsistency.However,theintegrationofthesetwoapproachesremainsanunexploredareainthefieldofmetaphoricaltranslation.Methodology:Toinvestigatethe"machinetranslation+post-editing"modelinmetaphoricaltranslation,thisstudyadoptedamixed-methodsapproach.Firstly,acomprehensivereviewofrelevantliteraturewasconductedtoidentifythechallengesandopportunitiesassociatedwiththismodel.Secondly,acasestudywasconductedonasampleofmetaphoricaltranslationsusingthe"machinetranslation+post-editing"model.Theprocessinvolved:1.Machinetranslationofthesourcetexttogenerateapreliminarytranslation.2.Post-editingoftheinitialtranslationtorefineitsstructureandcontent.3.Evaluationofthefinaltranslationbasedoncriteriasuchasaccuracy,fluency,andculturalappropriateness.4.Analysisoftheresultstodrawconclusionsabouttheefficacyofthe"machinetranslation+post-editing"modelinmetaphoricaltranslation.Results:Thefindingsofthisstudyindicatethatthe"machinetranslation+post-editing"modelsignificantlyimprovesthequalityofmetaphoricaltranslations.Thepreliminarytranslationgeneratedbythemachinetranslationcomponentwasfoundtobegenerallyaccurate,butitlackedfluencyandcoherence.Post-editing,however,helpedtoaddresstheseissuesbycorrectingerrors,restructuringsentences,andensuringconsistencyinterminologyandstyle.Overall,thefinaltranslationsshowedimprovedclarity,readability,andculturalsensitivitycomparedtotheinitialversion.Discussion:Thetheoreticalcontributionofthisstudyliesinitsemphasisontheimportanceofintegratingmachinetranslationwithpost-editingtechniquesinmetaphoricaltranslation.Ithighlightsthepotentialofthismodeltoenhancetheaccuracyandfluencyoftranslations,ultimatelycontributingtothedevelopmentofnewqualityproductivity.Practicalimplicationsofthisstudysuggestthatorganizationsshouldconsideradoptingthismodelfortheirmetaphoricaltranslationneeds.Additionally,furtherresearchisneededtoexplorethescalabilityandapplicabilityofthismodelacrossdifferentlanguagesanddomains.Conclusion:Inconclusion,the"machinetranslation+post-editing"modelpresentsapromisingapproachforenhancingthequalityofmetaphoricaltranslations.Itspotentialtocontributetothedevelopmentofnewqualityproductivityisevidentfromthisstudy'sfindings.Astechnologycontinuestoevolve,itislikelythatthismodelwillbecomeincreasinglyprevalentinthefieldoftranslation,offeringtranslatorsandorganizationsalikenewtoolsforachievinggreatersuccessintheirendeavors.Inconclusion,the"machinetranslation+post-editing"modelpresentsapromisingapproachforenhancingthequalityofmetaphoricaltranslations.Itspotentialtocontributetothedevelopmentofnewqualityproductivityisevidentfromthisstudy'sfindings.Astechnologycontinuestoevolve,itislikelythatthismodelwillbecomeincreasinglyprevalentinthefieldoftranslation,offeringtranslatorsandorganizationsalikenewtoolsforachievinggreatersuccessintheirendeavors.Furtherresearchisneededtoexplorethescalabilityandapplicabilityofthismodelacrossdifferentlanguagesanddomains.Additionally,moreempiricalstudiesarerequiredtovalidatetheeffectivenessofthisapproachinreal-worldscenarios.However,thepreli
