jorityofideationphasechallengesinvolvemovingfasterthanyourunderstandingjustifies,though,sofounderswhoproceedwiththoughtfulnessanddeliberationwillexperiencesteadyprogress.此阶段的工作包括研究、客户探索、竞争分析以及对否定性证这些都应在你要求ClaudeCode生成第一行生产代Ideastagegoal有效解决它)。实际上,构思阶段是创始人需要按大致以下顺序•这个问题是否真实、具体且足够频繁,值得围绕它进行构建?•究竟是谁面临这个问题,这能否构成一个市场?•是否有其他人正在解决它?如果是,他们是如何解决的,效果如何?•要解决这个问题,解决方案实际需要具备哪些功能?我的想法是否满3.Doyouhaveenoughsignaltojustifybuilding?Youwillneverhavecertaintyatthisstage,andwaitingforitisitsownfailuremode,butyouneedenoughqualitativeevidencethatcommittingtoanMVPisareasoneddecisionoveranactoffaith.于行动速度超出了认知支撑,但那些深思熟虑、审慎推进的创MistakingbuildingforvalidatingThechallenge:Whentechnicalblockersarelifted,animpassionedfounderrisksskippingthemostimportantworkinthestartupjourney:validatingthattheirideaisgenuinelyasolutionthatpeopleneedandwilluse.Evenbeforethecurrenteraofagenticcoding,42%ofstartupsfailedbecausetheybuiltsomethingnobodywanted.Now,though,agenticcodingsolutionslikeClaudeCodehavedrasticallycollapsedthedistancebetween"Ihaveanidea"and"Ihaveaproduct”andthatfailurerateisonlygoingtoclimb.Whilethere’sneverbeenabettertimetobeafounderwithasynapse-shakinglygoodidea,therapidityandeaseofspinningupaprototypethatlookssomethinglikeaproductalso,counterintuitively,presentsagenuinelydangerousexistentialriskfortheAI-nativestartup.Untilveryrecently,buildingrequiredrealdevtimeandbudget,andgettingevenabasicprototypetogethertypicallytookmonths.Nowthatthehurdleoftechnicaldevelopmentislargelygone,though,AImakesitalltooeasyforafoundertojumpstraightintobuildingwithoutvalidatingitsutilityintherealworld.Reachingproblem-solutionfitrequiresfirstvalidatingyourhypothesisthenbuilding,butmanyfirst-time(andevenexperienced)foundersmistakenlybelievethatAIshort-circuitsthatrequirement,turningtheflowintohaveanidea->immediatelybuildaprototype->treattheexistenceoftheprototypeasvalidation.Theprototypebecomesareasontobelievethehypothesiswasrightallalong,withoutevertestingwhetherit’sactuallytrue.Aworkingprototypeiseasytomistakeasconcreteevidencethatyou'resolvingarealproblem,butit’snot.Yourprototypeinsteadservesasausefulpressure-testingpropforconversationswithpotentialusers.Theseconversationsthemselvesaretherealevidence.PrematurescalingThechallenge:Whenbuildingiseffortlessandinstant,youcanscaleexecutionfaraheadofwhatbusinessdemands.Scalingprematurelymeanscommittingtoaproductpathbeforeyou'vegenuinelyvalidatedthatthepathisworthcommittingto.Thishasalwaysbeenastartupkiller,butAIhasmadeitdramaticallyeasierforfounderstofallintotheprematurescalingtrapwithoutnoticing.Agenticcodingassistantsaresopowerfulthatit’seasytoscaleexecutionfaraheadofvalidatingproblem-solutionfitwithouteverconsciouslydecidingtostrayoffcourse.Itwillgenerate,test,debug,andrefactoracodebasearoundafundamentallyflawedpremisewithexactlythesameenthusiasmitbringstoagreatidea.Theintelligenceinthesystemisyours.Theprimedirectiveatthisstageiskeepingyoursense-makingaheadofyourbuilding,especiallywhenbuildingissoquickandfeelssoeffortless.LossofobjectivityThechallenge:AskanAItoolforevidencesupportingwhatyoualreadybelieve,anditwillfindit.Confirmationbiasnowcomeswitharesearchengine.Confirmationbiashasalwaysbeenanoccupationalhazardinstartups:foundersare,bynature,passionateabouttheirideas.Now,AItoolshavegivenconfirmationbiasasignificantpowerup.AskAItovalidateyourstartupideaanditwillfindsupportingevidence;askittosizeyourpotentialmarketanditwillfindthenumberthatmakesyourTAMlookfundable.AIfollowsyourdirection,whichmeansafounderwhoisn'taskinghardquestionscannowconstructanelaborate,well-researched-lookingcaseforabadideafasterthaneverbefore,whilefeelingfullyconfidentthattheyare,infact,performingduediligence.Theantidoteisthesametool,onlypointedintheoppositedirection:AIwillpressure-testanideajustasthoroughlyasitvalidatesone.Whenresearchandstructuredadversarialthinkingsurfaceevidencethatyourideaneedsrevision,thisthesignaltopivot.
