本IQ方案的目的是提供书面证据，确保洁净空调系统是根据()有限公司的详细设计要求、国际/国内标

准、行业标准和工厂的要求安装的，且能按照预期的要求运行。

2.范围Scope

此IQ方案适用于洁净空调系统。

3.系统描述SystemDescription

洁净空调系统均采用新风+回风模式，室内气流组织为上送，下侧回。房间末端采用H14高效送风口，

定风量阀控制送风满足房间洁净度要求，变风量阀控制回风或排风满足室内压差要求。

7.文件管理规范DocumentationControlProcedure

良好的文件管理规范是在整个验证生命周期的对知识管理的重要支持。

Gooddocumentationpracticesareimportanttosupportknowledgemanagementthroughoutthe

validationlifecycle.

7.1.记录用笔Recordingpens：

使用蓝色或黑色签字笔记录。

Blueorblacksignpensshallbeusedforrecording.

7.2.签名Signature：

被授权的人员才能签署文件。

Onlyauthorizedpersonscansignonanydocuments.

应签全名，除非文件另有规定。

Unlessotherwisespecified,thefullnameshallbeusedasthesignature.

签名应始终一致。
