2026年船舶租赁合同协议范本（定期租）ThisCharterPartyenteredintoonthis______dayof_______________,2026,byandbetween:[Shipowner'sName],of[Shipowner'sRegistryPort],beingtheownerofthevesselnamedhereinbelow("theVessel"),representedbyitsMaster[Master'sName]aboardtheVessel,hereinaftercalledthe"Shipowner";and[Charterer'sName],of[Charterer'sPrincipalPlaceofBusiness],hereinaftercalledthe"Charterer".WHEREAS,theShipownerdesirestoletandtheChartererdesirestohiretheVesselforthepurposeshereinaftersetforth.NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandagreementshereincontained,theShipownerandChartereragreeasfollows:1.VESSELTheVesselnamedabove,ofwhichtheShipowneristheregisteredowner,whereoftheLloydsNumberis[LloydsNumber],theIMONumberis[IMONumber],andtheCallSignis[CallSign],ofClass[ClassSociety],builtin[YearofBuild],anddocumentedasa[VesselType,e.g.,BulkCarrier,ContainerVessel]ofgrosstonnage[GrossTonnage]andnettonnage[NetTonnage],togetherwithherappurtenancesandequipment,including,butnotlimitedto,engines,boilers,generatorts,anchors,cables,chains,navigationalandcommunicationequipment,radiotelephones,radiogears,echosounders,depthfinders,logs,compasses,charts,books,logs,journals,steeringgear,gearlashings,derricks,winches,cargohandlinggear[specifytypeifapplicable,e.g.,gantrycranes],fueloiltanks,freshwatertanks,andallotherequipmentandappurtenancesformingapartoftheVesselorattachedtheretoorusedinconnectiontherewith:2.CHARтерPERIODTheVesselshallbeletandhiredbytheShipownertotheChartererforaperiodof______(insertnumber)days,commencingfromthetimetheMastersignstheDeliveryOrderattheLoadingPort(asdefinedinClause5)andendingwiththetimetheMastersignstheReturnOrderattheDischargingPort(asdefinedinClause5),providedthattheCharterPeriodshallnotexceed______(insertnumber)daysfromthevessel'sactualreadinessforloadingattheLoadingPort.3.DELIVERYTheVesselshallbedeliveredbytheShipownertotheChartererattheLoadingPort,[LoadingPortName],onoraboutthe______dayof_______________,2026,orassoonthereafterastheVesselmaybereadyforloading,inacleanandsoundcondition,suitableforthepurposeforwhichitisletbytheShipownerandinallrespectsfitforsea,inaccordancewiththeclassificationoftheVesselasshownintheClassificationCertificateheldbytheShipowner,exceptforanydeteriorationinclassificationwhichmayhavetakenplaceafterthelastsurveymadebytheClassificationSocietypriortothedateofthisCharterParty,butinanyeventtheVesselshallbedeemedtobedeliveredinsuchconditionthatanyfurthersurveytodeterminetheextentofsuchdeteriorationshallbetheCharterer'sexpense,providedthattheVesselshallnotbedeliveredtotheCharterermorethanfifteen(15)dayspriortothecommencementdatespecifiedinClause3unlessotherwiseagreedinwritingbybothparties.TheVesselshallbedelivered:(a)WithafulltankofbunkersofthegradeandqualityspecifiedintheBunkersSchedule,attachedheretoasScheduleNo.1,whichscheduleisincorporatedhereinbyreference;providedthattheCharterershallpayforallbunkersconsumedbytheVesselduringtheCharterPeriod,plusten(10)percentthereof,irrespectiveoftheloadingordischargingofcargo;(b)Withfullfreshwatertanks;(c)Withstores,sparesandprovisionsonboardsufficientfortheentireCharterPeriod;(d)WiththecrewnamedintheCrewListattachedheretoasScheduleNo.2,whichscheduleisincorporatedhereinbyreference.TheCharterershallpaytotheShipownerallwages,livingallowances,socialcontributions,andothersumspayabletothecrewbytheShipownerinaccordancewiththeratesandscalessetforthintheCrewList.TheCharterershallalsobesolelyresponsibleforanyandallclaims,demands,actions,losses,liabilities,costs,andexpenseswhatsoever(including,butnotlimitedto,legal,administrative,andcourtcosts)incurredbytheShipownerinconnectionwiththecrewduringtheCharterPeriod;(e)Withallcertificates,documents,andpapersrelatingtotheVessel,includingtheBuilder'sCertificate,theClassificationCertificate,theInternationalTonnageCertificate,theRegisterofOwnership,theCrewList,theBunkersSchedule,theSafeConditionofNavigationandGoodSeamanshipCertificate,andsuchothercertificates,documents,andpapersasmayberequiredbytheInternationalConventionstowhichtheVesselissubject;TheCharterershallbedeemedtohaveinspectedandacceptedtheVesselandalltheequipmentandappurtenancesthereonatthetimeofdelivery,andnoclaimswhatsoever(otherthanfordamagetotheVesselitselfoccurringafterthedateofthisCharterParty)shallbeallowedagainsttheShipownerinrespectoftheconditionoftheVesselorherequipmentandappurtenancesatthetimeofdelivery.ThecostofdeliveringtheVesseltotheLoadingPortshallbefortheaccountoftheShipowner,buttheCharterershallberesponsibleforallcostsincurredinconnectionwiththeloadingoftheVesselattheLoadingPort.4.RETURNTheCharterershallreturntheVesseltotheShipownerattheDischargingPort,[DischargingPortName],onoraboutthe______dayof_______________,2026,orassoonthereafterastheVesselmaybereadyforunloading,inacleanandsoundcondition,suitableforthepurposeforwhichitisletbytheShipownerandinallrespectsfitforsea,inaccordancewiththeclassificationoftheVesselasshownintheClassificationCertificateheldbytheShipowner,exceptforanydeteriorationinclassificationwhichmayhavetakenplaceafterthelastsurveymadebytheClassificationSocietypriortothedateofreturn,butinanyeventtheVesselshallbedeemedtobereturnedinsuchconditionthatanyfurthersurveytodeterminetheextentofsuchdeteriorationshallbetheCharterer'sexpense.TheCharterershallreturntheVessel:(a)WithbunkersconsumedduringtheCharterPeriodattheCharterer'sexpense.ThequantityofbunkersremainingonboardatthetimeofreturnshallbeascertainedbytheMasterandtheCharterer'sRepresentative,orsuchotherpersonsasmaybemutuallyagreedupon,andtheCharterershallpaytotheShipownerforthebunkersconsumedduringtheCharterPeriodanamountequaltoeighty(80)percentofthepricepertonoffueloilaspertheBunkersSchedule;(b)Withthefreshwatertankspracticallyempty;(c)Withstores,spares,andprovisionsconsumedduringtheCharterPeriod;(d)WiththeVessel'shold,bunkers,stores,andallotherpartsoftheVesselpracticallyemptyandclean,andingoodcondition;TheCharterershallbedeemedtohaveinspectedandacceptedtheVesselatthetimeofreturn,andnoclaimswhatsoever(otherthanfordamagetotheVesselitselfoccurringafterthedateofreturn)shallbeallowedagainsttheShipownerinrespectoftheconditionoftheVesselorherequipmentandappurtenancesatthetimeofreturn.ThecostofreturningtheVesseltotheDischargingPortshallbefortheaccountoftheCharterer,buttheShipownershallberesponsibleforallcostsincurredinconnectionwiththeunloadingoftheVesselattheDischargingPort.5.VOYAGESTheCharterershallloadanddischarge,orcausetobeloadedanddischarged,oremploytheVesselforthecarriageofgoodsofallkinds(excludingliveanimals,explosives,andnoxiousordangerousgoodsunlesspreviouslyagreedinwriting)betweentheLoadingPortandtheDischargingPort,orbetweenanyotherportorportsnamedbytheChartererineachvoyage,ashereinafterprovided.TheCharterershallinstructtheMastertoproceedtotheLoadingPortforloadingtheVesselwiththecargoorgoodsstipulatedinthisClause.TheCharterershallberesponsibleforallcharges,costs,andexpensesincurredinconnectionwiththeloadingoftheVesselattheLoadingPort.TheCharterershallinstructtheMastertoloadthecargoorgoodsstipulatedinthisClauseattheLoadingPortandtoproceedthencetotheDischargingPortnamedinthisClausetodischargethesame.TheCharterershallberesponsibleforallcharges,costs,andexpensesincurredinconnectionwiththeloadinganddischargeoftheVesselattheLoadingandDischargingPorts.TheCharterershallberesponsibleforallcargo-relatedcharges,including,butnotlimitedto,portcharges,harbordues,lighters'hire,towage,pilotage,stevedoringcharges,andallotherchargesandexpensesconnectedwiththeloading,carriage,discharging,andstorageofthecargo,unlessotherwiseprovidedinthisCharterParty.TheCharterershallloadtheVesselwiththecargoorgoodsstipulatedhereinwithin______(insertnumber)consecutivedaysattheLoadingPortcommencingonoraboutthe______dayof_______________,2026,andshalldischargethesameattheDischargingPortwithin______(insertnumber)consecutivedayscommencingonoraboutthe______dayof_______________,2026,orsuchotherlaycanperiodsasmaybeagreedinwritingbetweentheShipownerandtheCharterer.TheCharterershallberesponsibleforalldemurrageanddetentionchargesincurredattheLoadingandDischargingPorts.6.RENT(CharterMoney)TheCharterershallpaytotheShipownerarentfortheuseoftheVesselattherateof______(insertamount,e.g.,USD______perdayorpertonperday)perdayorpertonperday,calculatedaspertheBunkersSchedule,fortheentireCharterPeriod.ThetotalrentshallbecalculatedbytheShipownerandshallbedueandpayablebytheCharterertotheShipownerinarrears,monthlyinadvance,onthe______dayofeachmonthfollowingthemonthinwhichtheCharterPeriodfalls.PaymentshallbemadebychequeorbanktransfertothebankaccountoftheShipownerdesignatedherein.7.DEPOSITBeforetheVesselisdeliveredtotheCharterer,theCharterershalldepositwiththeShipownerthesumof______(insertamount)[e.g.,onemonth'srent],beingagoodandsufficientsecurityforalldemurrage,detention,laycan,portcharges,salvage,freight,damages,losses,andexpenses(includinglegalcosts)whichmaybecomedueandpayabletotheShipownerhereunder.ThedepositshallbepaidbychequeorbanktransfertothebankaccountoftheShipownerdesignatedherein.ThedepositshallbeheldbytheShipowneruntiltheVesselisreturnedtotheShipownerinaccordancewiththetermsofthisCharterParty,freefrominterest.IfthedepositisfoundtobeinsufficienttocoveranyamountdueandpayabletotheShipownerhereunder,theShipownershallhavetherighttocallupontheChartererforthebalancewithinthirty(30)daysofthereturnoftheVessel.8.FURTHEREXERCISEOFTHEOPTION(IfApplicable)[ThisclausewoulddetailanyoptionfortheCharterertoexerciseanoptiontoextendtheCharterPeriodunderspecifiedconditions.]9.FURTHERPARTICULARS(IfApplicable)[Thisclausewouldcoveradditionaldetailssuchaslaycaninstructions,warandStrikesclauses,etc.]10.COSTSANDEXPENSES(a)TheCharterershallberesponsibleforallcostsandexpensesincurredinconnectionwiththeloadinganddischargeoftheVesselattheLoadingandDischargingPorts,includingbutnotlimitedtoportcharges,harbordues,lighters'hire,towage,pilotage,stevedoringcharges,andallotherchargesandexpensesconnectedwiththeloading,carriage,discharging,andstorageofthecargo.(b)TheCharterershallberesponsibleforalldemurrageanddetentionchargesincurredattheLoadingandDischargingPorts.(c)TheCharterershallberesponsibleforallfreightduefromtheCharterertothirdpartiesforthecargocarriedunderthisCharterParty.(d)TheCharterershallberesponsibleforallchargesandexpensesincurredinconnectionwiththecargo,includingbutnotlimitedto,customsduties,taxes,andexportfees.(e)TheCharterershallberesponsibleforallcostsandexpensesincurredinconnectionwiththeCharterer'scargo,including,butnotlimitedto,lossordamagetothecargo.(f)TheCharterershallbesolelyresponsibleforallcostsandexpensesincurredinconnectionwiththecrewduringtheCharterPeriod,asspecifiedinClause3(d).(g)TheCharterershallberesponsibleforallcostsincurredinconnectionwiththeinsuranceofthecargocarriedunderthisCharterParty.(h)TheCharterershallberesponsibleforallsalvageandsalvagecharges.(i)TheCharterershallberesponsibleforallcostsandexpensesincurredinconnectionwiththerepairoftheVesselarisingfromdamagecausedbythecargoorbytheCharterer'soperations.(j)TheCharterershallberesponsibleforallcostsandexpensesincurredinconnectionwiththeCharterer'sliabilityforpollution.(k)TheCharterershallberesponsibleforallcostsandexpensesincurredinconnectionwiththeCharterer'sviolationofanylaworregulation.(l)AllothercostsandexpenseswhichbytheirnatureshouldbefortheCharterer'saccount.TheShipownershallberesponsibleforallcostsandexpensesincurredinconnectionwiththeoperationandmaintenanceoftheVessel,including,butnotlimitedto,thecostofbunkersconsumedbytheVesselduringtheCharterPeriod(asstipulatedherein),thecostofstoresandsparesconsumedduringtheCharterPeriod,thecostofrepairsandmaintenanceoftheVessel,thecostofinsuranceoftheVessel,thecostofclassificationsurveys,thecostofpilotageinloadinganddischargingports(ifnotincludedintheportcharges),andallothercostsandexpenseswhichbytheirnatureshouldbefortheShipowner'saccount.11.INSPECTIONS(a)TheCharterershallhavetherighttomakeasurveyoftheVesselattheLoadingPortimmediatelybeforeloadingtheVessel,andattheDischargingPortimmediatelyafterdischargingtheVessel,toascertainthestateoftheVessel.TheCharterershallpayforsuchsurvey.TheresultsofsuchsurveyshallbedeemedafinalandbindingdeterminationofthestateoftheVesselattherespectivetimes.(b)TheShipownershallhavetherighttomakeasurveyoftheVesselattheLoadingPortimmediatelyafterloadingtheVessel,andattheDischargingPortimmediatelybeforedischargingtheVessel,toascertainthestateoftheVessel.TheShipownershallpayforsuchsurvey.TheresultsofsuchsurveyshallbedeemedafinalandbindingdeterminationofthestateoftheVesselattherespectivetimes.(c)TheVesselshallbesubjecttoclassificationsurveysbytheClassificationSocietyattheintervalscustomaryforsuchsurveys,thecostofwhichshallbefortheaccountoftheShipowner.12.DURABILITYTheCharterershallusetheVesselwithduecareandattention,inaproperandseaworthycondition,andshallnotcausetheVesseltosufferanylossofclass.IftheVesselsuffersanylossofclassduringtheCharterPeriod,theCharterershallbeliabletopaytotheShipownerthefullcostofreclassificationsurveysandanyotherexpensesincurredbytheShipownerinrelationtothelossofclass.13.REPAIRS(a)TheVesselshallbekeptinagoodstateofrepairsuitableforitsintendedpurposeattheCharterer'sexpense.(b)TheCharterershallusetheVesselonlyforthepurposeforwhichitisletbytheShipowner,andshallnotconvert,alter,orinterferewiththeVesseloritsappurtenancesorequipmentinanywaywhatsoeverwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheShipowner.(c)AllrepairstotheVesselduringtheCharterPeriodshallbecarriedoutbycompetentworkmenandusingnewandgenuinesparepartsattheCharterer'sexpense,unlesstherepairsareduetodefectsinmaterialsorworkmanshipoftheVesselitself,inwhichcasethecostofsuchrepairsshallbefortheaccountoftheShipowner.TheCharterershallnotberequiredtocarryoutanyrepairsunlesssorequiredbytheShipownerinwriting.(d)TheCharterershallberesponsibleforallcostsandexpensesincurredinconnectionwiththerepairoftheVesselarisingfromdamagecausedbytheCharterer'snegligenceorfault.14.WARANDSTRIKES(a)ThisCharterPartyshallbedeemedtocontaintheWarandStrikesClausessetforthinthelatesteditionoftheInstituteWarandStrikesClausesforTimeCharterships(InstituteStrikesClausesF.I.A.T.A.TimeCharterParties),dated[Date],incorporatedhereinbyreference.(b)Intheeventofanywar,hostilities,civilwar,rebellion,insurrection,revolution,insurrection,ormilitaryorusurpedauthority,oranyactofwar,oranyanalogouscivil,military,orpoliticaldisturbance,oranystrikes,lockouts,orotherindustrialaction,whetherbythecreworanyotherpersons,occurringatanytimeduringtheCharterPeriod,theShipownerandChartereragreethatthisCharterPartyshallcontinueinfullforceandeffectfortheunexpiredportionoftheCharterPeriodthenremaining,or,attheoptionofeitherparty,thisCharterPartymaybeterminatedimmediatelybywrittennoticetotheotherparty.IntheeventofterminationunderthisClause,theCharterershallpayrentforallthetimeduringwhi
