说蒸汽是常用的换热介质,而

明:温度控制是通过一定压力

下的流量调节来实现的,希

可以说对的,10公斤绝对大气压对应的饱和蒸汽温度就是179度,楼上的说的

184度是10公斤表压(也就是压力表上指示的压力;压力表是从0开始记数的,而

大气本身就有1公斤的压力,绝对大气压二表压+1),184度是11公斤绝对大气

压下的饱和蒸汽对应温度。这里都强调饱和蒸汽”因为还有过热蒸汽”过热蒸

汽的温度是不于压力成对应关系的。

Antoine公式:ln(P)=9.3876-3826.36/(T・45.47)【T在290s500K之间】

我用这个公式算出来是T=452.77K约179度.
