前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件修改采用ISO22181:2021《航空航天流体系统和部件变量液压马达通用规范》。
本文件与ISO22181:2021的技术差异及其原因如下:
——更改了范围(见第1章),按GB/T1.1的要求表述本文件规定的具体技术内容和适用范围;
——删除3.11.4注中的“应”和3.12.2注中的“宜”(见3.11.4、3.12.2),以适应我国技术条件;
——用规范性引用的GB/T30206.1、GB/T30206.2和GB/T30206.3分别替换了ISO8625⁃1、
ISO8625⁃2和ISO8625⁃3(见第3章),用规范性引用的GB/T30213替换了ISO3323(见
7.9.3),以适应我国技术条件和最新技术要求,便于本文件的应用;
——增加了规范性引用的HB6167.15(见6.13),删除了规范性引用的ISO2671,以适应我国技术
条件和最新技术要求,便于本文件的应用;
——更改了铭牌的样式与标记要求(见7.9.1),以适应我国技术条件和最新技术要求,便于本文件
的应用。
本文件做了下列编辑性改动:
——为与现有标准协调,将标准名称改为《航空航天流体系统和部件变量液压马达通用规范》;
——增加了“接口”等术语及其条目编号(见3.5、3.6、3.7、3.7.5、3.7.6、3.11);

——用资料性引用的GB/T47038替换了ISO8081。

1范围
本文件规定了航空航天变量液压马达的通用要求、功能要求、详细设计要求、强度要求、结构要求、
安装要求、维护要求、可靠性要求、质量保证规定、质量一致性检验和鉴定检验。
本文件适用于航空航天液压系统中额定工作压力为35MPa及以下的变量液压马达(以下简称
“马达”)的研制、生产、试验/检验与交付。

下列文件中的内容通过文中的规范性引用而构成本文件必不可少的条款。其中,注日期的引用文
