前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T26350—2010《蝇类抗药性检测方法家蝇生物测定法》,与GB/T26350—
2010相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a)增加了术语“敏感品系”“待测种群”“人工饲料混药法”及其定义(见3.1、3.2、3.6),删除了术语
“F1代”(见2010年版的2.2),更改了术语“诊断剂量”(见3.3,2010年版的2.1);
b)更改了试虫、试剂和仪器设备的要求(见第4章~第6章,2010年版的第3章~第5章);
c)更改了测试条件(见第7章,2010年版的第6章);
d)更改了敏感基线法中药膜法、点滴法的操作步骤(见8.2.1、8.2.2,2010年版的7.2);
e)更改了诊断剂量法中药膜法、点滴法的操作步骤(见9.2.1、9.2.2,2010年版的8.2);
f)增加了敏感基线法中人工饲料混药法的操作步骤(见8.2.3);
g)增加了幼虫的死亡结果判定(见8.3.2);
h)增加了数据处理的表述(见8.4);
i)增加了诊断剂量法中人工饲料混药法的操作步骤(见9.2.3)。

1范围
本文件规定了家蝇(Muscadomestica)对有机磷类、氨基甲酸酯类、拟除虫菊酯类、新烟碱类等杀虫剂
抗药性检测时,试虫、仪器设备和测试条件的要求,描述了敏感基线法和诊断剂量法的生物测定方法。
本文件适用于家蝇对杀虫剂抗药性的实验室生物测定。

3术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

敏感品系susceptiblestrain
由于未曾接触过杀虫剂而保持对杀虫剂具有敏感状态,遗传上较均一的试虫种群。

待测种群testpopulation
从野外(现场)特定地点和时间采集的、需要进行杀虫剂敏感性测试的目标昆虫群体。
