BasicRequirements检测报告的编制应坚持科学、公正、准确、及时的原则，以客观的检测数据为依据，如实反映检测过程和结果。

Inspectionreportsshallbepreparedinaccordancewiththeprinciplesofscientificrigor,impartiality,accuracy,andtimeliness.Theyshallbebasedonobjectiveinspectiondataandshallaccuratelyreflecttheinspectionprocessandresults.检测报告宜包括封面、声明页、首页、数据页（续页）、附件页等内容。

Aninspectionreportshouldincludeacoverpage,declarationpage,mainpage,datapagesorcontinuationpages,andappendices,asapplicable.TOFD检测报告编制的一般通用要求GeneralRequirementsforPreparingTOFDInspectionReports字体应采用国家正式公布实施的简化汉字。

ThereportshallusesimplifiedChinesecharactersofficiallypromulgatedbythestate.存档的电子版报告应采用不可编辑的文件格式。

ReportNumbering编号中的符号应准确、清晰、简洁、客观地反映检测信息，便于客户理解和使用。

Thecharactersandelementsusedinthereportnumberingsystemshallconveytherelevantinspectioninformationaccurately,clearly,concisely,andobjectivelyandshallbereadilyunderstandableandusablebytheclient.报告编号应是唯一性编号。当客户对检测报告编号有要求时，可按其要求进行编号。

Eachinspectionreportshallbeassignedauniquereportnumber.Whentheclientspecifiesrequirementsforreportnumbering,thereportmaybenumberedaccordingly.

03报告页码应进行编号，宜采用“共几页，第几页”表示，封面和声明页可不加页码。

DigitalInformationManagement检测报告信息化主要指利用互联网技术、软件系统，实现检测报告网络共享，实时进行查询、编制和审批。

Digitalmanagementofinspectionreportsprimarilyinvolvestheuseofinternettechnologiesandsoftwaresystemstoenableonlinesharingandreal-timeretrieval,preparation,review,andapprovalofinspectionreports.采用电子签名应符合《中华人民共和国电子签名法》的相关规定。

ElectronicsignaturesshallcomplywiththeapplicableprovisionsoftheElectronicSignatureLawofthePeople’sRepublicofChina.采用信息化系统导出的检测记录应能被检测报告追溯。

Inspectionreportsandtheinformationcontainedtherein.检测报告的编制、审核、批准、打印和保管人员，未经客户许可，不得泄露报告所包含的任何信息。
