Artificialintelligenceisrapidlychanginghowworkgetsdone,butmanyorganizationsarestilldetermininghowtopreparetheirworkforceforthatshift.The2026CorporateAITalentStudyisbasedonanationalsurveyconductedbytheAILeadersCouncilbetweenJuneandAugust2026,withmorethan300
executivesacrossNorthAmericaparticipating.Respondentsrepresentabroadrangeofindustries,organizationsizes,andleadershiprolesspanningtechnology,operations,andtheexecutivesuite.
