前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规定
起草。
本文件是GB/T22467《防伪材料通用技术条件》的第2部分。GB/T22467已经发布了以下
部分:
——第1部分:防伪纸;
——第2部分:防伪油墨和印油;
——第3部分:防伪膜。
本文件代替GB/T22467.2—2008《防伪材料通用技术条件第2部分:防伪油墨和印油》,与
GB/T22467.2—2008相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a)更改了适用范围(见第1章,2008年版的第1章);
b)更改了术语和定义(见第3章,2008年版的第3章);
c)更改了分类,扩充防伪油墨品类,完善分类体系(见第4章,2008年版的第4章);
d)增加了防伪识别特征,明确各类产品的核心防伪技术指标与检验依据(见第5章);
e)增加了防伪性能要求,对接防伪技术产品通用规范(见6.3);
f)更改了试验方法,细化检验操作与判定规则(见第7章,2008年版的第8章);
g)增加了检验规则中留样要求,明确留样量与留样期限(见8.5);
h)删除了标志、标签、包装、运输和贮存,突出专业属性,提升标准针对性与技术指导性(见2008年
版的第8章);
i)删除了环保卫生要求,相关要求按国家法律法规及对应产品标准执行(见2008年版的第9章);
j)更改了附录A防伪特性稳定期检验方法,明确等级评定规则(见附录A,2008年版的附录A)。

引言
防伪材料是防伪技术产品的基础,在防伪领域应用十分广泛。防伪材料既可作为独立的防伪技术
产品使用,也可以和其他技术或者材料复合作为基材使用。鉴于不同类别防伪材料产品差异性很大,
GB/T22467《防伪材料通用技术条件》拟分为三个部分。
——第1部分:防伪纸。目的在于规定防伪纸的分类、防伪特性、通用技术要求和试验方法。
——第2部分:防伪油墨和印油。目的在于规定防伪油墨和印油的分类、防伪识别特征、通用技术
要求和试验方法。
——第3部分:防伪膜。目的在于规定防伪膜的分类、防伪特性、通用技术要求和试验方法。
本文件的制定,旨在规范防伪油墨和防伪印油的基本通用要求与防伪性能指标,提高防伪技术产
品的质量稳定性与防伪功能可靠性,统一产品检验与评价方法,促进行业规范化发展。

1范围
本文件给出了防伪油墨和防伪印油的分类,规定了防伪油墨和防伪印油的识别特征、技术要求,描
述了相应的试验方法。
本文件适用于各类防伪油墨和防伪印油的生产、使用及检验。
