Only then did we realize that our individual ability was not as strong as our combined talent. When we worked together, we were

She has run out of red paint so she decides to take her classmates red paint without asking. Mary reaches
25、across the table and grabs her classmates paint bottle. Marys classmate became very upset and started to cry. The teacher observed this interaction between Mary and her classmate so the teacher instructed Mary that it is polite behavior to first ask for permission before taking something that does n
26、ot belong to her. In this instance, Mary learned the appropriate social skills needed for her to function in a well-behaved and polite manner with her classmates. In future situations where Mary wanted to take or borrow something that did not belong to her, her teacher observed her first asking perm
27、ission.Response:Social skills are a group of abilities that people learn when they are young which help them function appropriately in society. Lack of social skills leads to peer rejection, while display of proper social skills leads to peer acceptance. The professor gives an example to illustrate
28、this concept. Mary, a little girl, has run out of red paint for her art project so she takes her classmates without first asking permission. The teacher tells her that it is polite to first ask for permission when taking something that does not belong to her. In this way the teacher has shown her th

I would recommend the women spend the extra money to call a locksmith to help her open the car door. This is the fastest solution to her problem. If she waits
35、several days for the extra key to arrive from her parents, then she will miss a lot of classes and this will have a negative impact on her grades.Question 6You will now listen to part of a lecture.
