3、历史，可以看到对有鲜 明个性的高层建筑的渴求。在过去20年，深圳在金融 业、城市发展及与世界经济的接轨等方面取得令人惊 叹的成果。现在应将视野拓宽到城市结构的其他领域 了。“白”的构思由3个体现保险公司形象的关键词组 成纯净、永恒、稳定。白色在暗色和灰色的城市建 筑森林中显得十分鲜明、触目。 简洁的结构设计可提供最大化的办公空间。18米 的无柱空间令平面布置变得灵活，同时也令使用者可 以享受到精神的自由。空中花园、中庭空间、休息区 为持续设计和休憩提供了足够的空间。玻釉玻璃斜面 令矩形建筑刻板的线条变得柔和，简单的几何体和纯 净的白色代表着平安的服务精神和奉献精神。 我们相信，“白”将建立一个

4、新的标准，这个标 准将可满足人们对于环境、文化以及平安公司和深圳 的关系的更高要求。 “the WHITE”, new headquarter tower for Ping-An Insurance Company will be a striking new addition to the dynamic city of Shenzhen, and a new landmark for the Central Business District. Through the research on the history of building construction in Shenzhen

5、proves the aspiration for the new identity of high-rise tower. For the last 20 years Shenzhen created incredible financial achievement, urban growth, relationship with world economy. It is the time to extend vision of the city to other areas of city structure. “the WHITE” is composed by three basic

6、keywords-Pure, Everlasting, and Stable-representing the interpretation of insurance company. White color gives an vital touch on dark and gray covered building forest. Simple structure supports the maximized space demand of office space. 18m column free space gives flexibility of layout and spiritua

7、l freedom for users. Sky gardens, atrium space, and lounges supply enough open space for sustainable design and peoples rest. Gradient fritted glass soften the rectangular boxs rigidity.Simple geometry and pure white color represents Ping-Ans spirit of service and dedication for the people. We belie

Urbanization speed is incredibly faster than any other developing cities.As a result, mass- construction of buildings has been executed for more than 20 years to supply enough working and residing space for this dynamic change. 12、f buildings are similar to each other. Most of the high-rise towers are very dark and decorative. 15、by complex and diverse functions of city. 市民中心位于东北角。中心公园在基地右侧。由于 这些开阔的绿地，基地及平安大厦与公共空间及主 干道深南大道之间没有遮挡。另外还有两座标志性 和有重大意义的建筑：深圳广电大厦和深圳证券交 易所。尤其是深交所的设计有一个大约2/3个街区大 小的开放式公共空间。得益于深交所的这个设计， 本项目可位于两个主要的开放式公共绿地之间。 City government locates on North-East corner. Central park is right-hand side of the site. This

16、huge open space make the site and tower be exposed to the public and the main arterial (Shenan Boulevard) traffic. There are two more symbolic and meaningful buildings. One is SZ TV broadcasting building and the other one is Shenzhen Stock Exchange building. Especially Shenzhen Stock Exchange propos

17、al supplies 2/3 of block sized open pubic space.
