12、 46th35kV开关柜除湿改造方案一、工程项目名称35kV开关柜除湿方案二、项目来源解决变电站35KV开关柜内部潮湿局部放电等问题。三、现场堪察情况及解决方案(一)勘察情况勘察范围:变电站35kV开关柜(二)现场情况与分析 现场照片:35kV开关柜母线室湿度72%据现场情况, 母线桥架内部湿气聚集并导致局部放电原因分析如下: (1)该变电站为相对封闭式设计,由于电缆地沟与开关柜相通,产生烟囱效应,环境温差过大时,极易使潮湿空气汇集于开关柜内,极易使湿热空气汇集于开关柜内部,导致开关柜母线室潮气较为严重,长期以来容易引起开关柜母线室潮湿空气聚集,导致母线与外部壳体绝缘距离减小,从而产生局部放电
13、现象,对变电站的运行存在安全隐患。(2)在环境湿度较大时,开关柜母线室潮湿现象更为严重,对变电站的运行存在安全隐患。针对室内开关柜内部湿度过高,并存在潮湿空气聚集现象,我公司针对此类问题进行了系统的技术分析,需要构建有效的环境监测与智能控制系统。HK-SEPRI-T型顶置式除湿装置是针对开关柜运行温湿度环境改善并预防凝露现象而专门研制的高新技术产品。本装置采用微处理器控制技术,独立式自控顶置式除湿装置,不仅能同时对环境温湿度进行监测,并通过LED数码显示,还可通过按键对温、湿度分别进行相应的设置并显示。凝露水份采用雾化技术强制蒸发,安全排出。本装置是保障智能电网高效、安全运行的首选除湿设备。装
14、置功能:1)对环境温、湿度进行实时温湿度监测。2)对开关柜顶部加装为其独立设计、制造的大功率专用顶置式除湿装置。3)故障告警输出接口。4)凝结水分采用雾化技术,自动雾化隔离排出,无需敷设排水管路。(三)用户要求1)解决开关柜内部空气潮湿问题,提高安全可靠性。 2)顶置式除湿装置为独立一体化控制设计。(四)解决方案经实际的现场勘查及变电站的工作人员的反映,我公司拟定了以下解决方案。通过加装HK-SEPRI-T型顶置式除湿装置以解决 开关柜 的凝露问题。新型的顶置式除湿装置可有效的降低柜内空气中的水份含量,环境温度变化时,不易产生凝露现象,从根本上解决电气柜凝露现象。凝露水采用雾化隔离排出。产品简
15、介 HK-SEPRI-T型顶置式除湿装置用于电力设备如母线桥架、高低压控制柜、高低压开关柜、环网柜、仪表箱等需要除潮湿、防凝露的场合。该装置采用微处理器控制技术,针对于母线桥架、开关柜设备内部空间紧凑、环境湿度高、安全距离等因素而研制的产品。大功率快速除湿,凝露水份采用雾化隔离排出。并采用一体化集成设计,体积小、安装方便、维护简单。该装置由智能控制单元、强制循环单元、除湿单元、雾化单元、自检单元、故障告警单元组成。图1 顶置式除湿装置示意图工作原理母线桥架或开关柜内部潮湿空气经进风口吸入后,先经环境传感器对吸入的空气进行检测,湿度超标,再经特殊风道流动,进入除湿单元处理,把空气中的水份凝露成水
16、珠并且与设备完全隔离后排出,排出的水经雾化单元强制挥发,然后对处理后的空气加热升温,通过风扇把干热空气经出风口吹入桥架内部。经过除湿单元对母线桥架或开关柜内部空气强制循环,使电气设备内的空气相对环境改善,完成整个除湿过程。当母线桥架或开关柜内部湿度在启动值以下时,每30分钟风扇启动3分钟,循环空气,使采样值更准确,实时监控母线桥架或开关柜内部湿度变化。若湿度变化可及时启动热交换单元工作,避免事故发生。雾化单元采用超声波高频震荡,将水雾化为15微米的超微粒子,通过隔离风动装置将水雾挥发。湿度除湿(制冷 凝露)故障存在超标故障存在环境监测排水风量监测告警输出水位监测雾化挥发除湿装置工作原理图如图2

18、体化结构,电源内置。带湿度显示,工作阀值可调,全自动运行。高湿预警功能,及时监测柜内湿度情况。四、实施方案我公司根据现场实际情况制定了如下安装方案:1、装置安装位置为确保开关柜母线室内的绝缘距离,采用顶部外置安装。在母线室顶部通风盖板上开孔(560120mm),并使用螺丝紧固除湿装置。再将母线室顶部的百叶窗隔板进行封堵,使母线室内的潮湿空气充分循环除湿。母线室通风顶盖安装除湿装置示意图如图4所示。 图4 母线室通风顶盖安装除湿装置示意图注明:除湿装置在母线室顶部通风盖板上安装,见上图方式将盖板裁切一部分,并对百叶窗进行封堵,施工时并与崔工协商同意。2、工作电源敷设装置的工作电源采用就近取电的原
19、则,在开关柜的前控制室的照明加热回路的进线取电,配小型断路器。敷设工作电源线,接地可靠。工作电源敷设示意图如图5所示。图5 工作电源敷设示意图【图A】图5 工作电源敷设示意图【图B】3、具体安装3.1设备安装HK-SEPRI-T型顶置式除湿装置安装在开关柜顶部,在母线室通风顶盖开孔,并使用螺丝紧固,在开关柜控制室取220V电源加装空气开关供给装置,通电调试检查完成,清理现场。需要用户配合将电源就近引入。3.2安装顶置式除湿装置需要停电安装安装。3.4安装时需要的防护措施:佩戴安全帽,穿绝缘鞋。3.5施工材料及工具n 电源部分:0.75 mm两芯电源线 n 5A 2P小型断路器n 手电钻、线盘
20、、曲线锯、开口模具、开孔器、一字螺丝刀、十字螺丝刀、万用表、斜口钳、尖嘴钳、电工刀、压线钳、剥线钳n 导轨n 封堵板n 插针五、用户配合1、负责为设备提供稳定的工作电源:AC/DC 220V。2、开关柜内部清洁。3、设备工作电源电缆及控制电缆的敷设。4、安装方案及时与用户沟通,并得到认可。5、施工时用户须派出现场监理人员,协助监督施工方进行现场工作。六、施工注意事项n 施工人员进入施工现场要严格执行电力安全生产规程,一切行动听从现场管理人员的指挥,按用户要求对设备进行改造、安装和调试工作。n 为保证顶置除湿装置的除湿效果,应保证进风口和出风口空气流通顺畅。n 设备电源线横平竖直,必须进线槽。n
21、 安装时不要触碰柜中其他元器件,不要触碰带电设备。n 安装完后清理现场,不要将杂物、线头等留在柜体中。七、安装工期顶置除湿装置安装工期大约 1 个工作日。1.人员配置;施工方派出 2 名工程技术人员到现场进行施工。2.人员要求:熟悉变电站现场安装条件,具备施工能力, 能解决现场安装过程出现的任何问题,且能对用户进行产品知识培训,进入现场施工人员必须穿工作服,戴安全帽;且遵守变电站现场的相关规定要求。八、统计根据设备除湿性能及柜体体积,建议安装除湿装置数量如下: 设备区柜体类型柜体数量(个)顶置装置安装数量(台)顶置装置安装数量总数(台)35kV高压室母线室111九、站点数据采集对比顶置式除湿装
