2、NS,現狀說明：越來越多的客戶抱怨LED經客戶使用後有缺亮、色澤不均、亮度不均等不良狀況，經對不良品進行分析，有大多數為客戶在測試及應用上不當而產生之不良，建立此檔案引導客戶正確使用LED。 present problems: more and more customers complained led have the problems of lack of brightness , inequable colour and lustre ， inequable brightness. C、LED不支持REFLLOW焊錫。 LED don not support REFLLOW soldering. D、LED避免在高溫下碰觸其膠體與PIN腳，以

F、 建議客戶在經波峰焊後加裝風扇，以利散熱，需等LED冷卻後（最好為室
