27、re hand-harvested from our vineyards at the foothills of the Andes Mountains, in the Loncomilla Valley. The grapes were selected before the crusher, and the varieties were fermented sepaiately. The fermentation took place in a small stainless steel tank at 27-30 with a tatal maceration period of 28

28、days, to ensure maximum retention of fruit flavours and colour extractionMalolactic fermentation occurred naturally in tanks and in barriques. Later the wines were blended and 100% of it was ages in French oak for 24 months. After bottling, the wine aged in our cellar for additional 12 months prior
