1、框架结构课程设计任务书一、目 的掌握现浇多层框架结构方案布置、荷载分析、框架结构内力分析、内力组合、框架梁、柱和节点设计。通过该课程设计,能综合运用结构力学和钢筋混凝土基本构件的知识,掌握结构设计的基本程序和方法。二、设计任务1.工程概况图1 框架平面柱网布置图某综合楼为五层钢筋混凝土框架结构体系,底层层高3.9m,其他层高3.6 m,室内外高差为0.6 m,基础顶面至室外地面距离0.5 m。框架平面柱网布置见图1所示。框架梁、柱、屋面板、楼面板全部现浇。2. 设计资料(1)气压条件基本雪压0.2 kN/m2,基本风压具体见分组。建筑场地位于城市中心地段,地面粗糙度类别为C类。(2)抗震设防:

2、不考虑抗震设防。(3)工程地质条件该建筑物场地属于渭河三极阶地,地层由素填土和黄土状土组成,为非自重I级湿馅场地。勘探结果,场地各土层均可作为天然地基,其中素填土土层厚度约为1.52.3m,以下均为黄土状土。各层土的承载力标准值fk为:素填土: 120 kPa黄土状土: 170 kPa 勘探期间,勘探范围未见地下水。(4)主要建筑做法屋面做法:20mm厚板底抹灰,100mm厚钢筋混凝土板,120mm水泥膨胀珍珠岩找坡,80mm厚苯板保温层,20mm厚水泥砂浆找平层,4mm厚APP卷材防水层。不上人屋面。楼面做法:20mm厚板底抹灰,100mm厚钢筋混凝土板,30mm厚水磨石面层。外填充墙:20

3、0mm厚陶粒空心砌块60mm厚EPS保温板,内外20mm厚砂浆抹面,外刷外墙涂料。内填充墙:200mm厚陶粒空心砌块,双面抹20mm厚砂浆。女儿墙:900mm高240mm砖墙。窗:塑钢玻璃窗,宽高1800 mm2000mm,窗台900mm高,在A、D轴线外纵墙。门:宽高1000 mm2000mm, 在B、C轴线内纵墙。(5)材料混凝土强度等级为C30。(1) 材料选用 混凝土: C30,Ec=3.00104N/mm2.fc=14.3N/mm2 (2) 拟定梁柱截面尺寸 柱截面尺寸取竖向荷载标准值为12 N/mm2,恒、活荷载综合分项系数1.20,底层中柱轴力估计值:采用正方形底层五层均取400
