1、Fish community structure and distribution in a macro-tidalinshore habitat in the Irish Sea,Boris Jovanovic,Craig Longmore, Aine OLeary, Stefano Mariani,2007,研究背景,鱼类在近岸度过部分生活史过程,体现了丰富的生理、生态、生活史适应性; 很多近岸鱼类对污染等敏感,成为潮间带生态环境质量的生物指标种; 人类活动带来潮间带栖息环境多样化的减少,威胁到生物多样性; 近岸水域做为鱼类产卵与育幼场在生活史中起重要作用;,潮间带鱼类分类,大部分时间在潮

2、间带生活; 一些长大后降入深海; 一些仅高潮阶段进入; 一般可将潮间带鱼类分为2类:定居种与洄游种。 高潮差环境:潮流消长是影响鱼类群落结构与分布的主要因子。,研究目标,初步查明该区域鱼类群落特征 (Irish Government Natural Reserve, EU Special Protected Area, Ramsar Convention, UNESCO worlds heritage) 潮汐、季节、栖息地变化对潮间带鱼类群落的影响机制,研究区域North Bull Island,岛本身:116ha,长5km. 保护区:Dublin Bay北部,Dublin City cent

3、re,东北方向7km,面积1436ha及邻近海滩1318ha。东南为沙堤,西北为盐沼泽和泥质滩涂。,站点分布,A,B:面向海洋,砂滩环境,岸堤陡,底质泥砂混和砾石,C,D:盐沼泽,典型泥滩环境。,采样,时间:7月、10月;每周、共8周;高、低潮分别采样。 网具:a seine net 10 m long, 4 m high with a 2 mm mesh gauge. 2人操作,另1人收集标本。 种类鉴定:成鱼鉴定到种,仔鱼后期到科。 盐度测量:一种折射计。,数据分析,Shannone Wieners estimators of diversity, H; evenness, J ; Mon
