Students will be given three minutes to answer the questionnaire individually. After students test their assertiveness, students

Before listening, ask students to learn Listening Strategies: Identifying moods Listen for expressions that are positive or negative. Pay attention to intonation to help you identify peoples moods.

Step IV Listening Deal with Ex3.Before playing the recording, Teacher asks students to look through the statements first. Listen again if necessary. Then check the answers w
