Using the equipment check list and the equipment manifest, check that all thenecessary consumable liner equipment,

2、running tools, etc are on location andare in good condition.对照工具检查单和装箱单,认真核查各个工具是否均在现场,状态是否完好。2. Take all relevant measurements of the equipment - lengths, ODs, IDs, etc,check hanger shear pins, +1200 psi std. shear (see check list). The liner hangerassembly will have been pressure tested at the Bak

3、er base and the linerhanger function tested, check the recorded hanger shear pressure on thedrawing supplied.逐项核查工具的几何尺寸:长度,外径,内径,等等。 检查每个剪钉,额定剪切值在+1200 psi (左右)。尾管挂总成应该已经在贝克休斯公司的基地进行过试压及功能测试。查验图纸上面所记录的尾管挂剪钉剪切压力。3. Check the compatibility of setting ball and shear out seat, and that setting ballgoes

4、 through the liner wiper plug. Also check the compatibility of the linerwiper plug with the DP dart and the liner casing.检查座封球和剪切球座的尺寸匹配性,让剪切球试过尾管胶塞。 检查尾管胶塞与钻杆胶塞及尾管尺寸匹配性。4. Check that the liner running tool right hand release is fully made up inside thetie back extension. C type running tools requir

5、e +6 lefthand turns to make up tothe liner setting sleeve, the tool must only be made up hand tight.检查右旋丢手的送入工具已经完全正确地连接在回接筒内。C型送入工具需要左旋6圈以上来与座封套连接,上紧程度只要一人用管钳上紧就行。5. The float shoe, float collar c/w baffle and the type 2 landing collar will bemade up & thread locked (also Casing couplings) onto the

6、 Casing atBakersbase. Check the ball seat shear pins in the landing collar, +2500 psi std.shear(see check list). Drift pipe before making up Float equipment.内置式浮鞋,浮箍和II型球座将被座封并锁定于套管内。检查球座剪钉,球座额定剪切值在+2500 psi (左右)在连接附件前套管需要通径。6. It is essential to drift the running string, either by dropping a hollow

7、 minimum driftof 2 1/2 OD for 5 drill pipe and 2OD for 3 1/2 Drill pipe through the drill stringon the last trip before running liner, or drifting the pipe stand by stand in thederrick as liner is being run. All DP singles, pup joints, which will be used HAVETO BE drifted.入井钻杆的通径非常重要。有两个办法来完成,一种是在下悬

This reduces the chance ofcementing string in, and allows washover to be attempted if this happens.建议最下端的10个单根钻杆不使用扶正器,这样可以减少水泥浆将钻杆“插旗杆”的机会,并便于套铣钻杆(假如发生“插旗杆”事故)。

Note the total number of liner joints on piperack.清点并记录场地上尾管的数量。2. Ensure surface cementing equipment is made up prior to running the liner .

10、开始下尾管之前,确认地面水泥头设备状态完好。3. Run the shoe track c/w type 2 landing collar. Pipe lock connections asspecified by company rep., check float valves by raising and lowering string.下入套管鞋柱包括球座。套管胶由甲方代表指定提供。上提下放管柱来检查浮箍。4. RIH with casing, filling approximately every 3-5 joints and fill completely whenthe last

11、joint is in slips.下入尾管,每下入三到五根尾管向尾管内灌浆一次。下完最后一根时尾管内全部灌浆完成。NOTE: In case of a tapered string where the crossover is not run right belowthe hanger assembly, a false rotary table will have to be installed torun the inner string. (Space out inner string in casing joint betweenplug holder and cross over)

12、注意: 对于变径管柱的情况,如果变扣接头不是刚好位于悬挂器总成的下面,那么需要一个内管工作台来下入内管。(根据与胶塞座和变扣接头的距离,将内管配长后下入)5. Pick up the hanger assembly and make up on liner, start with chain tong.用链钳把悬挂器总成与尾管相连接。6. LEAVING THE CASING SLIPS SET ON LINER JOINT pick up 3 - 4ft to check if thesetting tool and all other connections are made up pro

13、perly, if so pull the slips.用卡瓦座住尾管,用钻杆吊卡卡在尾管悬挂器的提升短节上,上提整个尾管管柱3-4英尺,检查送入工具以及所有连接是否上紧。如果没有问题,提出卡瓦。7. Check hanger for any damage and note liner weight. Lower hanger assemblythrough the rotary and set the DP slips on the lift nipple, do not set slips on thesetting sleeve. Be careful to keep the hange

14、r centered while lowering throughthe table to avoid damage to the piston, slips etc.仔细检查悬挂器是否有损伤,记录悬重。下放悬挂器总成并通过转盘,用钻杆吊卡打住提升短节,吊卡不能打在回接筒处。经过转盘时注意让悬挂器居中,小心下放,以免损坏活塞,卡瓦,等等。8. Circulate contents of liner - max pressure 75% of hanger setting pressure (seecheck list). Note the total number of drillpipe s

15、tands in the derrick.循环尾管内液体 允许的最大压力为悬挂器座封压力的75%。 记录钻台上钻杆的总数。9. Run in on DP using a back up tong. Do not rotate the pipe. Drift DP if notpreviously drifted. Fill pipe regularly, maximum 3-5 stands without filling.(depending on mud weight and hole conditions)下入钻杆,用大钳上扣。不能用转盘旋转上扣。如果没有事先通钻杆,则需要用通径规对每根

16、钻杆通径。向钻杆内灌浆,每次灌浆间隔不超过3 5根(取决于泥浆密度和井眼条件)。10. Circulate at the last casing shoe.下到最下端套管鞋处循环(9-5/8”套管鞋)11. When running in open hole fill up the drill pipe as much as possible withoutinterrupting the smooth running of the liner in the hole.当尾管在裸眼内下入时,不能专门停止下钻来灌浆,在提下一柱钻杆时尽可能多地进行灌浆。12. Wash down, tag bot

17、tom and mark pipe. 18、URE13. Space out drill string to put the surface cementing equipment as close aspossible to the rotating table when shoe is on bottom(keep in mind additionalslack off weight required). Drift all pups and singles picked up from pipe deck.浮鞋到位后,钻杆配长,应该让地面固井设备尽可能的靠近转盘。所有入井管柱都需要通径。14. Increase circulati

19、on rates slowly to a maximum of 75% of hanger settingpressure (see check list), reciprocate and condition hole as required.缓慢提高循环排量,但循环压力不要超过悬挂器座封压力的75%,这样做是为了清洁井眼的状况。15. When circulation is complete, drop the setting ball.循环完成后,投球。16. On high angle wells pump the ball down slowly to the seat in the

20、 landing collar.During this time check the pick up and slack off weights, tag bottom and pickup to setting depth ie full up stroke weight + 5ft .对于大斜度井,缓慢向下泵送座封球,使其坐落于球座上。在此过程中,验证悬重。17. When the ball lands slow pumps and increase pressure to +300 psi abovehanger setting pressure, shut off pumps. Sla

21、ck off running string and check if thehanger is set. If the hanger is not set , increase pressure in 200 psi increments,check for a set after each increase. When liner is hung off, set down + 20,000 lbs.of DP weight and mark pipe. Shear out the ball and seat with +2500 psi std.shear (see check list)

Before cementing release the running tool from the liner by right hand rotation, (+6turns at runnin

23、g tool) note torque, check for back turns. Pick up to checktool is free. If the liner weight has been lost set down 10-20,000 lbs of DP weight onliner and establish circulation before pumping cement. Note: Pick-up length mustbe within the length of the Slick Stinger, once the Slick Stinger has been

24、pulled out ofthe Drillable Pack-off Bushing, Re-entry and a seal is not garantied.固井之前,右旋钻杆(送入工具处应旋转6圈以上)使送入工具与尾管分离。上提钻杆,验证送入工具已经分离。如果尾管重量已经释放,那么向尾管上下放钻杆重量10,000-20,000磅,并在开始固井前建立起循环。注意: 上提的高度务必在插入密封管的长度之内。一旦插入密封管被从回接筒内拔出,那么插入管要再次进入回接筒并密封可靠是无法保证的。19. Line up to cementing unit and test surface equipm

25、ent. Mix and pump cementas per programme.连接地面管汇,管线及设备试压。搅拌水泥浆,按照设计程序泵注。20. Release pump down plug. Pump any spacer and displace with rig or cementpump. Slow pumps 5 - 10 bbl before pump down plug reaches wiper plug (DPdisplacement).释放钻杆胶塞,泵注隔离液。在钻杆胶塞到达尾管胶塞前,缓慢泵注5-10桶隔离液。The pump pressure will build

26、up when the pump down plug seats in the wiperplug. The wiper plug will shear at 800 - 2000 psi.(depending on well conditions).Continue displacing at optimum rate. Note pump efficiency at shear andadjust total displacement calculations if necessary. Slow down pumps 5 bblbefore total displacement. Bump plugs with 1000 psi over final displacingpressure. If no shear is seen, use theoretical volume only, do not overdisplace.当钻杆胶塞坐落在尾管胶塞后,泵压将上升。尾管胶塞的剪切压力为800-2,000PSI(取决于井的条件)。继续以合适的排量顶替。关注剪切尾管胶塞时的泵效,以便必要时并对顶替液量的计算作出调整。最后5桶顶替液以缓慢的排量泵注。比最后顶替压力提高1000
