4、nologies have the advantages of safety, high efficiency, energy saving and environmental friendliness. They are widely recognized and applied in the mining industry of developed countries.,中国恩菲于20世纪90年代初开始在国内进行膏体充填技术的研究与应用,设计的金川镍矿、铜绿山铜矿、会泽铅锌矿、冬瓜山铜矿和谦比西铜矿等矿山先后建成膏体充填系统并投入运行,该技术在我国得到迅速发展。 In the 1990 s
5、 China ENFI begun to research and develop the paste backfilling technology (Yu, 2011), and successively established and put into operation paste backfilling systems in the Jinchuan Nickel Mine, Tonglushan Copper Mine, Huize Lead-Zinc Mine, Dongguashan Copper Mine and Chambishi Copper Mine. The techn
6、ology has been rapidly developing in China.,目前,我国尾砂膏体堆存技术仍处于起步阶段,在运行尾矿膏体堆存系统的规模化矿山主要有乌奴格吐山铜钼矿和包头白云鄂博西矿。 But at present, paste storage technology in China is still in preliminary stage, only two paste storage systems are in large scale application. Which are Wunugetushan Copper, Molybdenum Mine and B
7、aiyunebo West Mine.,白音查干多金属矿地处内蒙古西乌珠穆沁旗,矿区以残山丘陵与准平原草原景观区为主,植被较发育,覆盖程度较高。矿体为多金属矿,主要含有铅、锌、银、铜、锡等。 Baiyinchagan Polymetallic Mine located in the Xiwuzhumuqinqi, Inner Mongolia. The mine area is mainly composed of hills and prairie landscape and widely covered by the vegetation. Polymetallic ore bodies
8、have been discovered, with the main contained metals of lead, zinc, silver, copper and tin.,01.概况 No.1 Introduction,2014年6月,中国恩菲完成该矿初步设计,随后开展施工图设计,同年开始建设。2016年9月,矿山基建完成,目前处于试生产阶段。 In June 2014, China ENFI had completed the preliminary and detailed designs for the mine and started infrastructure cons
9、truction at the same year. In September 2016, the mine completed infrastructure construction and turned into trial production.,设计生产规模为5000t/d,分两个系统,铅锌系统2500t/d,铜锡系统2500t/d,采用地下开采方式。主斜坡道开拓,分段空场嗣后充填采矿法和上向水平分层充填采矿法,全尾砂膏体充填和膏体堆存。 The designed production rate is 5000 t/d, with two processing streams comp
10、rising a 2500 t/d of Lead-Zinc system and a 2500 t/d of Copper-Tin system. The underground mine uses a main ramp development system and sublevel open stoping and a bottom-up cut and fill method. The unclassified tailing paste backfilling system and paste stockpiling systems have been established.,01
11、.概况 No.1 Introduction,02. 全尾砂膏体充填系统 No.2 Unclassified Tailings Paste Backfilling System,矿区地表主要为林地和牧民的草场,生态保持的要求高,适合膏体充填技术的应用。 The surface of the mining area was mainly composed of forest and grasslands for local herdsmen. and the area has a strict regulations for the protection of ecology and enviro

Which is suitable for the application of paste filling technology.,全尾砂膏体充填系统包括膏体制备、输送和采场充填。选矿厂生产的全部尾砂送至充填搅拌站,经充填搅拌站内的深锥浓密机浓缩后,制备合格的充填料浆,通过浓料输送泵送至井下采场空区进行充填。 The unclassified tailings paste backfilling system consists of paste preparation, transportation and stope filling. All the tailings has
13、 been sent to the filling station for tailings thickening by using deep cone thickeners, and then delivered to the underground working area through slurry pumps and pipelines.,充填设施主要包括地面充填搅拌站、充填钻孔和输送管路等。充填搅拌站主要设施及设备包括尾砂浓缩设备、水泥仓、水泥给料设备、两级卧式搅拌机和浓料输送泵。 Filling facilities mainly include an underground p
14、reparation station, backfill drilling holes and pipelines. The main facilities and equipment of the preparation station include tailings thickening equipment, cement silos, cement feeding equipment, two-stage horizontal mixers and slurry pumps.,02. 全尾砂膏体充填系统 No.2 Unclassified Tailings Paste Backfill
15、ing System,膏体制备和输送 Paste Preparation and Transportation 充填搅拌站共设2台深锥浓密机和3套充填料浆制备及输送系统 The surface backfill preparation station is equipped with 2 deep cone thickeners and 3 sets of backfill slurry preparation and transportation systems 14m深锥浓密机2台 2 sets of 14 m deep cone thickeners 水泥仓3座 3 cement sil
16、os 双轴叶片搅拌机3台、双螺旋搅拌机3台、浓料输送泵3台 3 biaxial-bladed mixers, 3 double-helix mixers, 3 slurry pumps and related instruments monitoring system,02. 全尾砂膏体充填系统 No.2 Unclassified Tailings Paste Backfilling System,正常生产时,2台深锥浓密机同时工作,料浆制备及输送系统2套工作1套备用。 Two sets of deep cone thickeners operate simultaneously togeth
17、er with 2 sets of slurry preparation and transportation systems during normal production, at the same time, The third set of slurry preparation and transportation systems standby. 单套系统制备能力(80-100)m/h,每套均可用于全尾砂胶结充填和非胶结充填。 The preparation capacity of each deep cone thickener is 80 to 100 m/h. Each set
18、 can be used for unclassified tailings cemented as well as uncemented filling.,02. 全尾砂膏体充填系统 No.2 Unclassified Tailings Paste Backfilling System,膏体制备系统图 System diagram of paste preparation,井下充填系统 Underground Filling System 充填钻孔3条,两工一备,钻孔为垂直钻孔,直径350mm。充填钻孔内敷设套管,套管外采用水泥砂浆封填,套管选择双金属复合耐磨管,外=219mm。 The u
19、nderground backfilling system has 3 vertical boreholes in total, each with the a diameter of 350 mm. Bimetal composite wear-resistant casing has been laid in each borehole, with an external diameter of 219 mm.,平巷中充填管选用陶瓷内衬复合钢管,外=194mm。 The pipeline in the underground access is a ceramic-lined steel

21、,采场充填 Stope Filling 分段空场嗣后充填采矿法 Sublevel Open Stoping Mining Method 一步骤采场采用全尾砂胶结充填,底部和顶部采用4m6m灰砂比14的胶结充填,中间采用灰砂比110的胶结充填。 The first-stage of backfilling adopts unclassified tailings cemented filling. Approximately 4 to 6m of cemented backfill are placed in separate stages at the bottom and at the to
22、p of the stope with the cement vs. tailings ratio of 1: 4.For the middle stope, the cement vs. tailings ratio of the cemented fillings is 1:10. 二步骤采场底部和顶部各采用4m6m灰砂比14的胶结充填,中间采用全尾砂非胶结充填。 In the second-stage filling, there is a small difference from the first-stage. unclassified tailings uncemented fi

26、gs stacking technology. 全尾砂膏体堆存系统包括膏体制备、输送和排放。 The unclassified tailings paste storage system includes paste preparation, transportation and discharge facilities. 选矿厂排出的全部尾矿矿浆经深锥浓密机浓缩,浓缩后的膏体尾矿经尾矿输送泵站和管道输送至尾矿库进行膏体堆存。 The deep cone thickener concentrates the tailings slurry and then the concentrated p

28、g, one standby) . 2台隔膜泵,1用1备,参数:Q=200m3/h,P=8.0MPa 2 diaphragm pumps with frequency control (one operating, one standby). The flowrate of each diaphragm pump is 200 m3/h, and the pressure is 8.0 MPa.,03. 全尾砂膏体堆存系统 No.3 Paste Stockpiling System,尾矿输送管道 Tailings transport 2条DN200管道交替使用,每条长约7000m There
29、are two DN200 tailings transport pipelines between the tailings pump station and the TSF, and the two pipes are used alternately. The length of Each pipeline is approximately 7000 m . 1条管道为陶瓷复合钢管,1条管道为无缝钢管 One is a ceramic composite pipe, while the other is a seamless steel pipe.,03. 全尾砂膏体堆存系统 No.3

32、gs Paste United Disposal System,系统简述 System Description 选矿厂生产的全部尾砂送至充填搅拌站,经深锥浓密机浓缩,充填时,制备合格的充填料浆,通过浓料输送泵送至井下采场空区进行充填。 All of the tailings sent to backfill station, then thickened by the deep cone thickeners. The slurry filled underground working area via the slurry pumps, after it meets the requirem

34、system,系统建设情况 System Construction Situation 2015年开始施工建设充填搅拌站和尾矿输送泵站,建设过程较为顺利,2016年9月建设完成。 The construction of filling station and discharge pumping station started in 2015 and completed in the September 2016. 目前,井下未开始正式采矿,没有可供充填的采空区,无法对井下充填系统进行测试,但对深锥浓密和尾砂膏体堆存系统进行了试运行,直到目前,系统运行稳定。 At present, the mine has not yet been officially put into production and there are no mined-out areas available for testing the pa
