5、半导体（上海）有限公司新建厂房工程地下管网工程，位于上海市闵行区江川路555号，本方案适用于室内底板下管网及室外地下管网两部分。室内底板下管道包括：生产、生活给水管网、生产废水管、生活污水、雨水排水管网，主要管材为PVC-U排水管、镀锌钢管；室外部分为地下生产、生活给水管网，雨水、生活污水、工业废水管网，总长约为2500m ； 给水管采用离心球墨铸铁管， 雨水、生活污水采用加筋PVC-U排水管 , 工业废水采用UPVC管2 . Recheck the first survey point supplied by M+W to confirm , obtain the excavation permit from M+W prior to

9、commencement .根据图纸对施工坐标点进行测量定位，当与设计图纸不符时，协同M+W 公司共同解决。对M+W 提供的第一个测量点应反复核实，确定其正确性，开挖前报M+W 确认许可后，方可开始施工（2） Excavation of pipe trench 管沟开挖 The excavation of pipe trench will be by backhoe mainly and assist with labors 管道开挖，采用机械开挖为主，人工开挖为辅。 During backhoe excavation , take reverse excavation measure 机械开

10、挖过程中，采用反铲进行开挖，开挖采用倒挖法进行管沟开挖。 For the pipe trench excavation , install support system or not considering the earth condition , still when the depth exceeds 1.4m must have slope . The excavated earth stocking at least 1.4m far away from the pipe trench to avoid earth collapse . 管沟开挖时，应根据土质进行考虑放坡与是否打支撑

11、，但管沟深度超过1.4m必须放坡施工，管沟开挖的土，必须堆放于距离管沟不小于1.4m，以免造成管沟塌方。 During pipe trench excavating , monitoring the elevation at any time , the backhoe excavating to a little higher level of designed level . 管沟开挖时，标高控制应采用随开挖，随测量，机械开挖到设计要求标高左右 If underground water immerged than drained by open trench , the open tren

Set one water collection pit every 30m , pump out the water in time to ensure no water standing in pipe trench and assign watching man to check the crack and water permeate condition . 29、pening : remove the debris at socket and clean up , for the adhesive articles may cause water leakage .清理管口 将承口内的所有杂物予以清除，并擦干净，因为任何附着物都可能造成接口漏水；Clean rubber ring , install rubber ring :Clean up the adhesive articles on rubber ring ; bend the rubber as heart shape or flower shape (big diameter),then

37、ing cutter or drawknife , mill 15angle on exterior edge . Take insert test for socket prior to adhere , normally 3/4 of socket depth . If the trail insert qualified , remove the water and dust by cotton cloth . If there is oil stain need to be cleaned by acet . Pave adhesive agent by brush , socket

38、first then faucet , then vertical insert in by a sudden push , a little rotate to average the adhesive agent , the adhere needs about 30s to 1 min . Remove the overflowed adhesive agent immediately . Pay attention to the Pre-reserved mouth direction for multi-mouth connection .预制加工：根据图纸要求并结合实际情况，量好管

39、道尺寸，进行断管。断口要平齐，用铣刀或刮刀除掉断口内外飞刺，外棱铣出15角。粘接前应对承插口先插入试验，不得全部插入，一般为承口的3/4深度。试插合格后，用棉布将承插口粘接部位的水分、灰尘擦拭干净。如有油污需要丙酮除掉。用毛刷涂抹粘接剂，先涂抹承口后涂抹插口，随即用力垂直插入，插入粘接时将插口稍做转动，以利粘接剂分布均匀，约30s至1min 即可粘接牢固。粘牢后立即将溢出的粘接剂擦拭干净。多口粘连时应注意预留口方向。Install main pipe : for the buried pipe ,dig trench according to coordinate , elevation ,

42、地下时，按设计坐标、标高、坡向、坡度开挖槽沟并夯实。采用托吊管安装时应按照设计坐标、标高、坡向做好托、吊架。施工条件具备时，将预制加工好的管段，按编号运至安装部位进行安装。各管段粘连时也必须按粘接工艺依次进行。全部粘连后，管道要直，坡度均匀，各预留口位置准确。干管安装完后应做闭水试验，水位不下降为合格。Install branch pipe : move the prefabricated branch pipe to site place according to No . Pipe trench backfilling 管沟回填 When the backfilling 300mm higher than the pipe top , start labor compact to avoid pipe damage , then by 300mm layers upside , also can be backfilled and compacted by machi

The trench backfill compacting factor shall comply with regulation requirement 93% . 在管顶回填到300mm厚方可进行人工夯实，以免破坏管道，然后每层300mm进行分层回填，可采用机械回填与夯实。管道回填夯实系数根据规范要求需达到93%方为合格。 管沟回填分两步进行：第一步为试水前回填，将各个接口露出；第二步为试水合格后进行的全部恢复回填。 其他回填时采用原土回填，但土中不得有砖块、污土、垃圾、土块颗粒不应大于15mm 。10 .
