5、udents increases rapidly annually. In recent years, more and more graduates find themselves in a very awkward situation that there is no sufficient jobs for them in the HR market. Some graduates have problem even getting professional training opportunities. Todays college students face choices unhea

6、rd of years ago. Terms like two way selection, self-employment are not new to them. Many students swarm (蜂拥) into job market or look every talent fair (人才交流会) for potential employers. The concept of selling (推销) oneself rather than hiding oneself is well aepted by students. Hunting a job is no small

7、 matter. Instead, it is probably one of the most, if not the most, important decisions any of would-be graduates can make in a lifetime. Therefore, they are very serious and cautious when that time es. It is something that the society has taught them.Now more and more students lose their jobs when t

8、hey graduate from school. Its easy for some students to find work. But the fact is that some students think the salary is so low that they dont want to do the job, they except to find a easy work with a higher salary. Like the reason above,some jobs have nobody to do it ,but somebody is free with no

12、a job will be both satisfying and rewarding.For years,they have been using their parents money to support their education-and not without a sense of guilt.Moreover,at many times during their study,they must have been embarrassed by the lack of money or the guilty feeling of spengding their parents m

13、oney on “luxuries”.Getting established as a bread-winner after graduation is their main desire. Those,who want to take advantage of the favorable conditions in college,however,will try to enroll in graduate programs.For them,a Masters degree or even a Doctoral degree represents a much more ambitious

14、 goal than a bachelors degree.In the same way,their lifetime suess and interest lies more in academic achievements than in making money. As far as I am concerned,getting a higher degree has long been my dream.This is based on my belief that I should do more research and learn more while I am still y

15、oung. Graduates pressure in finding jobs Nowadays, more and more university graduates plain that graduation does not equate to employment. They experience great difficulties finding satisfactory jobs. What is the cause of this phenomenon In my opinion, there are four causes: First, graduates lack ex

16、perience. They spend most of their time at school studying academic subjects and lack relevant job training. Only after graduation do they realize its hard to find jobs. Second, petition among graduates grows more bitter and more bitter and bitter. The supply of university graduates exceeds social d

17、emand. This results in a decreased chance for any individual graduate to find a job. Third, some students dont study hard. Some of them skip classes just because they have no interest in certain subjects. Some play puter games or pursue other interests. Some sleep in class or in the library. Then th

18、ey leave the sheltered environment of the university campus, to discover they dont have adequate knowledge to apply for many positions, which makes them feel lost and frustrated. Finally, some graduates are conceited. They lack experience but ask for a high salary, which is impractical. So, universi

19、ty students should try their best to change this situation. When they are in school, they should make the most of their time and put their heart into their studies. They can hold part-time jobs in their spare time to aumulate relevant work experience. They should take part in some social activities

20、and provide themselves with special training, if possible. When they graduate and apply for jobs, they should attach more importance to aumulating experience than to their starting salary. On University Students Pressure in Finding Jobs About a decade ago, university students could find satisfactory

21、 and enviable jobs after their graduation. But now, things are different. Todays university students usually have much pressure in finding fairly good jobs. They always say disappointedly that graduation means joblessness. Why nowadays university students have so much pressure in finding jobs? In my

22、 opinion, this kind of pressure is mainly caused by three reasons. Firstly, the government is enrolling more and more university students year by year. And the growth of the students number has surpassed that of the need of the society. So, when so many students graduate at a time, the chance of fin

23、ding jobs bees tiny. Secondly, todays university students, most of them are the only-child, who are more mentally frail. Since they are indulged greatly at home and havent been trained to do things on their own, once it is their turn to go out of the campus and find jobs by themselves and decide wha

24、t kind of jobs to choose, they feel bewildered and dont know what to do. If their first try fails, they will be frustrated and think that it is really hard to find jobs. Thirdly, some university students are not qualified for good and challenging jobs. After entering the university, they dont study

25、as hard as they did in high schools. They begin to sleep during the class or even be absent for classes. Some are addicted to puter games or Jin Yongs novels, or step into the two-person-world too early. Because these things have taken up so much of their time and energy, their study is neglected. A

26、fter four years of university life, they havent gained the knowledge those fairly good jobs or certain positions require. Every individual faces the problem of choosing an oupation after graduating from university, which is of great importance in ones whole life. An appropriate oupation makes a man

27、work with vigor and zest. Besides, it is beneficial for both the individual and the country. To make an advisable choice, a graduate should take into aount at least two aspects, namely, individual interest and the demand of the society. Only when the two aspects are connected, can a man show his abi

28、lity and talent to the best advantage. If the two factors conflict, the former, in most cases, should give way to the latter, for it is interests that stimulate ones vigor and potentials. In regard to my choice in the future, I want to work as an interpreter. I am keen on learning foreign languages,

29、 English in particular. Moreover, in the contemporary society, international exchange in economy and culture has been growing significantly. However, petent interpreters are far from enough. So I am determined to be a qualified interpreter. 学习专心、细心,勇于克服学习中的困难,书写要准确、工整、清洁,不能“虎头蛇尾”或“龙飞凤舞”。 2、抓技能:如想问题、
