Joe serves as Chair of the Accreditation Commission on Programs in Hospitality Administration, the Board of Governors of the Club Foundation, and serves as one of twelve international facu
5、lty members for the Certified Hospitality Educator program of the American Hotel and Lodging Association. 7、eral Manager of the 2100 member University Club of Michigan State University, the position he has held since 1974. He served for four years as General Manager of the Bloomfield Open Hunt. Bloomfield Hills Michigan, and earlier as manager of U.S. Air Force Officers Club in Chinese Taipei and Iran. A
8、member of he Faculty since 1981, he has taught courses in Operational Analysis, Club Management and Operations. Beverage Management, Personnel and Labor Relations, And Organizational Behavior in The School of Hospitality Business at Michigan State University. Mr. Bruner holds a Masters Degree from t
9、he school of Labor and Industrial Relations, Michigan State University, as well as a bachelor of science Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the Pennsylvania state University. He also studied Chinese Language for two years at Oakland University, Rochester, Michigan. Mr. Bruner is acti
10、ve in the Association of College and University Clubs (ACUC), the Michigan Club Managers Association (MCMA), and the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA), in which he holds the certified club Manager designation. He is a past President of the MCMA, having also served for five years as its vic
11、e President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Education chairman. Additionally, he has been appointed to the Club Management Institute (CMI), the educational arm of CMAA, as well as to the CMAA Certification, Long Range Planning, Student development, International Development, and executive Career Services
12、 Committees. Mr. Bruner also served as a Director of the Michigan Restaurant Association, is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Michigan Clubs Self Insurance Fund, and is a Director of Physicians Health Plan. Inc., a Michigan Health Maintenance Organization. Mr. Bruner has consulted with numer
13、ous private membership social and clubs in the areas of personnel administration, performance appraisal and training food, beverage and labor cost control; facility maintenance and renovation; merchandising and marketing and most recently, membership promotions and drives. Mr. Bruner served as the o
14、pening General Manager of the Capital Club. 17、r is a Professor in The School of Hospitality Business at Michigan State University. His Ph.D. is from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA), Certified Food and Beverage Executive (CFBE), and Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE) as recognized by the Americ
18、an Hotel & Lodging Association. He is also certified as a Foodservice Management Professional (FMP) by the National Restaurant Association. His experience includes more than thirty years of university teaching at Michigan State University and the University of New Orleans, and seven years of service
19、 as a state-level administrator of a feeding program serving in excess of 350,000 meals daily. Additionally, Dr. Ninemeier served as Research Consultant for the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Lodging Association for twelve years. Dr. Ninemeier has been the on-site coordinator of CMAAs
20、 Business Management Institute (BMI) III program since its inception at Michigan State approximately 18 years ago. He assists with the administration of CMAAs Certified Club Manager (CCM) exam, and is a charter member of its Master Club Manager (MCM) Academic Council. Dr. Ninemeier is the author, co

23、was appointed as general manager of the first golf club in China, Chung Shan Hot Spring Golf Club. For the next 10 years he developed the club into one with an international reputation for quality of both the golf course and customer service. He was also responsible for the development of profession
24、al golf event - Volvo China Open since 1995 and Ladies Asian Golf Tour since 2006. Dr. Tai is a founder of the National Golf Clubs General Managers Conference and now responsible to coordinate the Education Program between CMAA and the Chinese Mangers. Aylwin Tai is well known throughout greater Chi
25、na for his depth of knowledge in the golf industry and is often sought out for advice by golf clubs. Kevin attended the University o
27、f Wyoming and played collegiate golf while earning a B.S. in Agronomy. He went on to earn a Masters (1996) and Ph.D. (2000) in turfgrass physiology and management form the University of Nebraska. Kevin was appointed as an Assistant Professor at Michigan State University in 2000 and promoted to Assoc
28、iate Professor in 2006. Kevins role at Michigan State is very diverse with his appointment split between outreach and research responsibilities. Kevins job responsibilities include coordinating the educational programming for the Michigan Turfgrass Conference, coordinating the Michigan Turfgrass Fie
29、ld Day, and providing educational programming to professional turf managers through presentations and articles throughout the year. Kevin also conducts numerous consulting visits to golf courses to provide expertise on turf management issues. Kevins research interests include turfgrass nutrition and
30、 golf turf management and currently advises graduate students from Ireland, South Korea, and the USA. Kevin began teaching Turfgrass 101 for Club Managers in the Club Managers Association of America BMI III in 2003. Kevin presented Turfgrass 101 for Club Managers at the 2005 World Conference on Club
31、 Management in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. Kevin also teaches the full day seminar Plant Nutrition and Fertilizers for the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America at the annual Golf Industry Show and regionally to golf course superintendent associations.凯文.弗莱克先生为密歇根州大学草坪学副教授。他从学怀俄明州的大学以及
