毕业设计(论文)主要内容和要求:

  主要工作是完成粒状巧克力包装机传动系统的设计,确定包装机工作循环图,设计动力的传递方式和方法,实现转速的传递,完成包装机的传动。


  粒装巧克力糖呈圆台形,轮廓清楚,但质地疏松,容易碰伤,且生产批量很大,畅销国内外,手工包装质量存在包装质量不均。上料时需要人工定时放料,每分钟放80粒糖,工人劳动强度大,远远不能适应市场的需要,因此改进粒装巧克力糖包装机传动系统,提高生产率,提高质量,是迫切需要解决的。本论文主要工作是完成粒状巧克力包装机传动系统的设计,确定包装机工作循环图,设计动力的传递方式和方法,实现转速的传递,完成包装机的传动,提高生产力,减少工人工作量。具体内容有总体设计的初步构思;电动机的选择;V带传动设计;螺旋齿轮设计;槽轮设计;凸轮等设计。
