1、幼儿秋季保健小知识随着秋天的到来， 气温开始下降， 天气也变得干燥起来。 幼儿适应能力差，皮肤稚嫩，与成人相比需要更多的水分，容易出现口干舌燥、便秘等一系列“阴虚内热”的征象。做好各项保健措施，对维护幼儿健康十分重要。诀窍 1：给幼儿多喝水秋高气爽，幼儿应该多喝白开水，不宜喝饮料。如果幼儿排斥白开水，可以试着喝些菊花茶、 乌梅汤、金银花露等。 家长平时多给幼儿吃富含水分的应季水果，如柚子、梨、橙子等。各种菜汤也是补充水分的重要手段，清汤可以稀释菜肴的盐分，并保持幼儿体内水分平衡。诀窍 2：少吃“上火”食物刺激性食物应该少吃，容易“上火”，如大蒜、姜、韭菜、花椒、辣椒等。少吃偏咸的食品， 因为盐

2、分太多容易加速体内水分的散失。 热量过高的油炸食品和一些热性水果，如荔枝、桂圆、橘子等，也应尽量少吃。诀窍 3：限食冷食中医认为“寒凉伤脾”。 即使体质好的幼儿也不能天天吃冷饮。除了限制冷饮以外，从冰箱拿出的饮料、酸奶最好放置在室温下15 分钟后食用。诀窍 4：冷水锻炼秋季宜用冷水擦洗以提高幼儿对冷的适应能力。 冷水擦洗包括冷水洗手、洗脸、擦身。冷水锻炼要循序渐进，先用与体温接近的水，然后逐渐降低水的温度，洗完后用干毛巾擦干。诀窍 5：预防腹泻入秋后是轮状病毒性腹泻的发病高峰期，又称秋季腹泻，主要累及 3 岁以下幼儿。妈妈一定要把住“入口关”，注意饮食卫生，不吃生冷食品，定期给玩具和食具煮沸消
