motivationandachievement.
Theresultsshowthatparentswhoviewmathabilityaschangeablearemorelikelytogiveprocessresponses
focusedontheirchildren'sstrategyuseandeffortsratherthantheirintelligenceorotherpersonalcharacteristics.In
contrast,parentswhobelievemathabilityisunchangeableandthatmathfailurecan'tbeconstructivegivemoreperson
