摘要
模具作用主要为注塑、吹塑、挤出、锻压成型、冶炼、冲压、拉伸方法得到所需产品的各种模子和工具。
根据产品的分类在不同的模具可以分为冲压模具,塑料模具,分为压力注入模具,铸造模具和吹模具),橡胶模、铸造模具、玻璃模具等等。其中,注塑模具和冲压模具技术成熟,广泛使用,因此占据更大的比例。我的设计任务或食品加工机容器盖注塑模具设计,各部分模型覆盖榨汁机。这个设计通过食品加工机容器盖过程的正确分析,设计了一副一个模块和一个空腔注塑模具。和详细的描述了成型零件,包括核心和腔的设计、工艺参数的重要部分的计算和选择、冷却系统、浇注系统和其它结构的设计过程。模板的设计,利用PRO / E模具基地专家这里EMX7.0完成,从标准模架的选择的输出产品,全部采用三维设计。我在一个食品加工机容器盖模具设计过程中,从建模到模具零件设计,模具的设计核心,直到最后的模具型腔运动仿真过程所有充分发挥职业/工程师设计软件模块和插件的优点,这一过程几乎是没有图纸设计。
模具的设计特点是:滑块安装在动模上,斜导柱安装在一个固定的模式,因此,确保顺利完成侧向抽芯。

Abstract

And detailed describes the molding parts, including the design of the core and cavity, the calculation of important parts of the process parameters and the selection, cooling system, the design process of the gating system and other structures. To the design of the formwork, using PRO/E mold base expert here EMX7.0 to complete, from the choice of standard mould base to the output of the product, all adopt the 3 d design. I was in a food processor container cover mold design process, from modeling to mould parts design, the design of the mould core, until the last of the mold cavity motion simulation process all give full play to the PRO/ENGINEER design software modules and the advantage of the plug-in, the process is almost do it without drawing design.
The design of the mold is characterized by: sliding block installed on the moving mould, inclined guide pillar installed in a fixed mode, so that to ensure the smooth completion lateral core pulling.

1 绪论
1.1 塑料成形模具在加工工业中的地位
模具工业是国民经济发展的一个重要基础,模具是工业生产和制造设备的关键过程。塑料模具是用来成型塑料模具零件,这是一个类型的阴模。日本工业认为“模具工业是美国工业的基础”,美国表示“模具是促进社会繁荣的动力”。的强度水平的模具设计、制造实力优势或劣势,加工设备,模具质量是好还是坏,直接影响着许多新产品的开发和旧产品的升级,影响产品质量和增加经济效益。塑料工业的快速发展,传统的手工设计的注塑模具已经无法适应当前的形势。CAD技术在国外,80年代是一个大量的塑料机械行业的应用。
目前国外模具CAD / CAM / CAE技术已达到一个非常高的水平。模塑仿真分析已发展非常完善,实现了注射成型过程的模拟,精确的计算和应用程序的设计原则,设计工程师在产品设计阶段,“制造”“生产”在电脑上塑料制品、灵活和能够改变和适应市场需求的变化。
