I摘要LED 紫外线贴膏治疗仪为一种治疗仪器，专门配合药物来治疗皮肤癌症，是一种新型的医疗器械。本设计主要对治疗仪的造型进行设计，充分考虑其功能性，提高使用舒适度和便携度，并选择支撑架即中间层进行模具设计。设计中，参考现有市面造型，对外形及内部结构进行重新设计，并使用solidworks 对零件进行建模，并进行应力分析和掉落测试。模具设计中模架选择中小型标准模架，其余零件按照标准选择标准零件。贴膏治疗仪做到了近距离治疗，高效率治疗，低成本治疗，高安全性的治疗。对于治疗皮肤癌来说，低成本和高度的安全性是其未来的发展趋势。而LED 紫外线贴好治疗仪将会成为带动此趋势的新一代不可缺少的产品。贴膏治疗仪能够使患者在家使用，大量减少患者的治疗时间，节省患者的精力，节约患者的金钱。同时，治疗仪配合相应的药物，也可为患者减少手术化疗等方法的时间，使患者的痛苦大大降低。关键词：治疗仪；模具；注塑；分析IIABSTRACTLED ultraviolet plaster therapy instrument, as a therapeutic apparatus, is a new kind of medical instrument which specially treats skin cancer combined with drugs. This design mainly designs for the shape of the therapy instrument. Its functionality is fully considered, which make it more comfortable. And supporting frame, also known as middle layer, is chosen to carry on the mould design.Referring to the existing model on the market, we redesigned the shape and internal structure, used SolidWorks for parts modeling, and made stress analysis and drop test when designing. Small standard mould carriers were used and other parts were also chosen according to criteria.The plaster therapy instrument manages to be close-range, high-efficiency, low cost and high-security. To the treatment of skin cancer, the low cost and the high security are its future trends. The LED ultraviolet plaster therapy instrument can be a new generation of indispensable product driving the trend.The plaster therapy instrument can be used in home, which can significantly reduce patients treatment time, save their energy and money as well.
