X5230普通铣床数控化改造
摘 要
数控机床与普通机床相比,增加了功能,提高了性能,简化了结构,较好的解决了形状复杂、精密、小批量及形状多变零件的加工问题,能够获得稳定的加工质量并提高生产效率,其应用越来越广泛,然而,很多资深的老企业还存在着许多原有的普通机床,如何将普通机床改造成数控机床,已成为机械加工行业设备改造工作的重点。
本文针对X5230普通铣床进行数控化改造。机械部分改造主要对三个进给方向的普通滑动丝杠改为滚珠丝杠,用直流伺服步进电机和减速齿轮来实现进给部分的调速,这样不仅提高了传动效率而且可以实现快速定位和准确的启、停;数字控制系统选用南京华兴数控设备有限责任公司生产的WA310M数控系统,该系统是我国具有自主版权的高性能数控系统。它采用开放式的体系结构,适应各种类型的数控机床系统。配置彩色液晶显示屏和通用工程面板,全汉字操作界面、故障诊断与报警、多种形式的图形加工轨迹显示和仿真,操作简便,易于掌握和使用,具有直线、圆弧、刀具补偿、宏程序等功能,支持硬盘以及软驱、DNC、以太网等程序交换功能,具有价格低、性能高、配置灵活、结构紧凑、可靠性高的特点。

Abstract
CNC machine tools compared with the ordinary machine, so as to increase the functions and improves the performance, the structure is simplified, the better solution of the complex shape, precision, small volume and shape changeable machining, can obtain stable machining quality and the production efficiency is improved, its application is more and more widely, however, many of the old enterprises senior still exist many of the original general machine tools, how to transform an ordinary machine tools to CNC machine tools has become a mechanical processing equipment industry transformation of the key.
This paper gives numerical control transformation for X5230 ordinary milling machine. The mechanical part of the transformation mainly on three feed direction sliding screw changed for ball screw, DC servo step motor and reduction gear to realize feed speed, which can improve the transmission efficiency and to achieve fast positioning and accurate startup and shutdown; digital control system selection of Huaxin CNC Equipment Co., Ltd. production WA310MCNC system, the system is in China with independent intellectual property rights of high performance CNC system. It uses open architecture and the various types of numerical control machine tool system is suitable in. To configure the color liquid crystal display and general engineering panel And all Chinese operation interface, fault diagnosis and alarm, various forms of graphics processing trajectory display and simulation, operation is simple, is easy to learn and use with a straight, arc, tool compensation, macro program function, support for hard disk and floppy drive, DNC, Ethernet, etc. program exchange function, with low price and high performance, flexible configuration, compact structure, high reliability characteristics.
.After the transformation of machine tools were all kinds of precision test, results satisfy the requirements of the precision of the machine tool, and the test results prove the feasibility and reliability of the transformation of the milling machine, which not only increased the processing range and greatly reduces the labor intensity, processing efficiency is obviously enhanced, product quality can also be guaranteed. With less investment, quick has many advantages, which determine the method is worthy of popularization.
