Currently, modernization of TCM used the method of “Western medicine” widely,but it failed was proved by practice. Therefore, how to base on the theory of TCM,with the help of modern science and technology, give the modem explanation to TCM is an urgent task. Therefore,this article discuss the phenomenon of dissipative structures in the active process of information of human system,and give the explanation of the theory of dissipative structure to TCM.Methods: In this article,we based on the literature research, use the method of System Method, Information Science Methodology to discuss the active process of information of human system, and with the help of Methodology of dissipative structures to understand the phenomenon of dissipative structures in the process of information activities in human body system.Results: Through research, we found: (1) There are various of information actives in the human system, under the continuous interation of information, the human life develop and show lots of complex information phenomenon of life. The human body constantly receive,use and feedback information from the external environment to adapt the changes of the environment. (2) In the human system, Qi is the integrated campaign of matter, energy and information. Qi is the carrier which senses and transmits information, the movement of Qi is always accompanied by information campaigns. The movement of Qi is the process of Metabolism of entropy flow between human systems and the external environment. In order to maintain the state of low entropy of human system, gains some information from the environment. (3) The significance of information with negative entropy, which reflects the degree of the order and organization of the system.Between the metabolic process of the entropy flow of system and the external environment, to a certain extent, the system maintain relative stability, but when some control parameter exceeds a certain threshold, the system is likely to mutate and produce new stable and orderly structure, information activities within the system led to the formation of dissipative structures. (4)On the small scale of time,the changes of the state of human system, dissipative structures may have generated,whether from the health state to a pathological state, or from the pathological state to another pathologicalchanges of the state of human system, dissipative structures may have generated, whether from the health state to a pathological state, or from the pathological state to another pathological condition, or from the pathological state to healthy state.But the order degree of the first two is lower than that of the original. (5)There are some similarities, among the Features observed by the method of conjecture of exterior and interior events, through the information that showed outside to understand the rule of information actives in human system and measure physiological and pathological changes through the changes of dissipative structures.
