Thesis Proposal： 1. Introduction In this thesis I will show the topic from different perspectives. Different culture between the China and Western countries has an influence on childrens home education by making a comparison. In the meanwhile, from all of the comparisons, we can gain a knowledge about the childrens education. Above all, what more importance is what we should do to have a higher improvement by the comparison between China and western countries. For my part, to some extent, Chinese childrens home education is a little stubborn and rigid , which makes our Chinese children behave very uncomfortable, furthermore ,which also makes me very interested in searching this topic. Therefore , in order to learn and improve further, I am determined to make a comparison . From Chinese and western childrens behaviors, the characteristics and so on . I am extremely touched and impressed. Whats more, I think why our Chinese children could not be like them. Therefore, I make a decision to search the reasons. In addition, what is the way the Chinese and western family parents adopt and how they teach their children. Above all, what are the effects and results of their childrens teaching education. At the same time, how the children react and so on. 2. Domestics researches on the subject. In the ancient time , there has been many books or masterpieces about the childrens home education like “Books of Changes” which has been more than three thousand years. In the old time , Yanzhi of the northern qi dynasty, put forward that the family education must observe majesty and compassion, avioding spoiling, early education and heaven edification, which made children extremely honest, frank, filial and so on. Recent years, with the less children in the family and the development of their income, Therefore the parents are spoiling their children , such as , the parents will buy anything what the child want ,what is more, they help them do anything do not let their child to do anything ,everything will be prepared well for them. In addition , they dont need to do any housework. They just need to eat , sleep ,play and so on. All of these make them independent and lower ability. They have a their own ideas and do what they want to do. Whats more, they will have a novelty thought when they deal with things. Above all, they will have a strong will and independent courage and confidence when face with the difficulties. 4. The main contents，methods and significance of your thesis. In the thesis, I mainly introduce the reasons which influence the different childrens home education. At the same time, I also show the contents how the two different culture affect the approaches which are used by the Chinese and western childrens home education. In the last, the final consequences or the results are listed. For example, because of our traditional culture, Chinese home education quiet conservative. However, this ways changed into the spoiling. Recent years, more and more Chinese children are very delicate and dependent, whats more, they are unable in dealing with difficulties. Of course, they are very clever and versatile. On the other hand, the western children are more independent, strong, whats more, they also have a great ability to do things and deal with the difficulties. Moreover, when they face with the difficulties or dangerous situation, they are very calm, patient, wise as well as the strong courage and confidence. The methods are applied in my thesis as follows. On the one hand, I can combine with my own experience and our Chinese childrens education. In addition, I also can search lots of related books or masterpieces of our Chinese from the ancient time to the contemporary time. On the other hand , I ask many western friends who tell me their own experience about the home education and their own ways to teach their own children and their countries home education theories and goals.
