Only leave a small number of documents to be processed on the desk. 2、 办公桌上及文件柜内的资料排放整齐； The file on desks and cabinets are neat and in order. 3、 办公桌下方不得堆文件、杂物等； The files, objects etc shall not be packed under the desk. 4、 办公室内无随意放置的产品样品，样品必须放置在柜子内或规定处； No free product samples place in the offices. The samples must be placed in cabinets, stores or other proper places. 5、 办公室内及走道上无随意放置的杂务，所有通道必须保持畅通； The offices and corridors can not be blocked. 6、 文件柜都靠墙或靠边摆放。每个文件柜都摆放正直，无倾斜，无侧转。 高文件柜顶部不能堆放重物、产品样品等；储存文件时必须从文件柜最底 层开始，底层放满后，往上逐层放置； Filing cabinets are placed against walls aside. Each file cabinet is placed upright, not tilted. Heavy things such as product samples can not be put on the top of the high file cabinet. Store documents should be from the bottom to start in a filing cabinet. 7、 所有文件柜的抽屉在不用时都关闭，取文件时，每次只能打开一个抽屉， 同时打开多个抽屉易引起文件柜倾倒； All drawers of the filing cabinets are closed when they are not in use. Only open a drawer when take the file. To open several drawers at same time is easy to cause filing cabinet falling down. 8、 所有电线，包括网络线和台式电脑鼠标线都以适当方式设置固定路线； All electrical lines including the Internet cables and the computer mouse of the desktop need to set up in an appropriate manner on fixed routes 9、 所有插座都固定于屏风、办公桌或地面下,并定期检查； All the electrical sockets should be fixed under the desk or on the ground. They need to be checked regularly. 10. 无私接电源或接线班上再接另一个接线板使用； Self take the power or the temporary electrical board is not allowed. 11. 电脑, 微波炉等需散热的设备,散热部分不能有东西覆盖 The computers, microwave ovens and other equipment will be heat when they are in use. They can not be covered. 12. 办公室地面平整，无破损或翘角； The ground in the offices is flat. No damaged. 13. 盥洗室和饮水间地面无水渍； Keep no water on the floor in the rest room and pantry. 14. 办公区域内应根据消防要求配备消防设施，消防设施前无阻碍，并在有 效期内； The offices should be equipped with fire safety facilities with the standards. Non-blocking in the front of the fire facilities and make sure they are valid to be used. 15. 驾驶车辆，应系好安全带并提醒同乘人员佩带安全带； Driving vehicle should wear seatbelt. Remind to staff who take the car to wear seatbelts. 16. 进入施工现场必须佩带安全帽，调试人员需穿工作衣及防护鞋; Safety helmets must have when enter the construction site. Commissioning work is required to wear work clothes and shoes. 17. 节约使用纸张,充分利用一面作废的纸张； Economical use of paper. Use the recycle paper. 18. 办公区内照明设施,空调等用电设备在非工作时间内应及时关闭.
