南京大学研究生核心课程中英文教学大纲 Syllabus of Core Course for Graduate Students in Nanjing University 课程名称：语言学、符号学与文学 Title: Linguistics, Semiotics and Literature 课程编号：050203D05 Course Number: 050203D05 课程类型：D Course Type: D 学时：40 Unites: 40 学分：2 Credit: 2 开课时间：春季 Course Time: Spring 适用专业：法语语言文学 Designed for: French Linguistics and Literature 教学目的：本课程旨在引导学生在了解普通语言学的基础上，逐步进入符号学 基础理论的学习，最后运用符号学方法分析文学作品。 Objectives: The course is designed to: lead the students to study the basic theories of semiotics generally on the basis of knowing general linguistics, and finally analyze literary works by employing semiotics. 教学方法: 本课程以研读法国语言学与符号学理论原著为主，辅以其它国家和 语种的相关理论，以求对符号学这个学科有较为全面的了解和思考， 并尝试用这些理论对法国文学作品进行符号学分析。每位学生都要 做读书报告，并结合一部法国当代小说，写出一篇“法国小说符号 学分析”的课程作业，经过修改形成学术论文，推荐发表。 Ways of Instruction: The course mainly studies the original theoretical works of French linguistics and semiotics and also teaches the relative theories of other countries and languages, so as to get a fairly overall understanding of semiotics. The course tries to use these theories to analyze French literary works from the perspective of semiotics. Every student is required to hand in a reading report, and write a course assignment on “the semiotic analysis of French novels” by combining one contemporary French novel, and then modify them into academic thesis and recommend the excellent ones to be published. 大纲内容： 第一讲：引论（2 学时） 1. 定义：符号学是研究符号及其体系的学科； 2. 索绪尔的定义、皮尔斯的定义、巴特的定义； 3. 符号学的研究内容：非语言交际手段、社会交际方式、文学艺术符 号。 第二讲：语言学的贡献（8 学时） 1. 语言学研究概况 2. 索绪尔结构语言学 3. 马丁内的二重分节 4. 特尼埃的结构句法 5. 纪尧姆和鲍梯埃的语言描述 : 6. 哈里斯的分布语法和转换语法 : 7. 乔姆斯基的生成语法 8. 结构主义语言学的主要概念 第三讲：符号学的基本概念与理论（14 学时） 1. 吉罗的符号学 2. 莫南的符号学 3. 雅马丁内的符号学 4. 巴特的符号学原理 第四讲：符号学的研究领域（4 学时） 1. 哲学、历史学、社会学、人类学、心理学； 2. 文化、语言、文学和艺术等； 3. 逻辑符号集、社会符号集、美学符号集； 4. 文学与艺术符号：小说、诗歌、戏剧、电影、广告、美术等。 第五讲：叙事作品结构分析（10 学时） 1. 巴特的叙事作品结构分析导论 ； 2. 小说结构分析：人物、时间、空间、叙述体、聚焦与视角等； 3. 叙事逻辑； 4. 叙事诗学； 第六讲：作为方法论的符号学（2 学时） Program Contents: Part I Introduction (2 unites) 1) Definition: semiotics is the discipline on semiotics and its system; 2) The definitions of Saussure, Peirce and Barthes; 3) The research contents of semiotics : non-language communication methods, social communication methods, literature and art symbols.
