摘 要
本设计为三面翻广告牌的设计，三面翻广告牌是由一组并排的三棱柱组成，三棱柱可由铝型材制成，且可围绕自身中心轴转动，将三种广告画面分别设置在改组三棱柱的三个面上，从而利用三棱柱的三个侧面可形成三副画面，转动三棱柱即可变换广告画面。
本文介绍了三面翻广告牌传动系统方案，能够实现多种翻动效果，达到成本低，维护简易，设计中主要运用了间隙机构的特点，将主动件的均匀转动转换为时动时停的周期性运动，省去不需要的能量的浪费，充分利用了机械的功用。同时完成了三面翻广告牌传动系统中关键零部件的结构参数设计，包括传动部件的设计，轴的设计与校核，电机的选择等。运用CAD软件完成了三面翻广告牌结构装配图与相关零件图，并尽可能地运用Pro/e软件对三面翻广告牌传动系统进行三维造型设计。
