目录摘要3第一章零件的工艺性及生产类型的确定41.1零件的工艺分析41.2零件的生产类型6第二章选择毛坯、确定毛坯尺寸82.1选择毛坯82.2确定毛坯尺寸8第三章选择定位基准及加工方法93.1定位基准的选择93.2零件表面加工方法的选择9第四章 工序设计、制定工艺路线114.1选择加工设备与工艺装备114.2制定工艺路线15第五章 确定切削用量21第六章 零件编程296.1编程方法296.2设置进刀点和换刀点296.3零件编程29设计体会45致谢词46参考文献47摘要选择的是数控铣床加工零件,首先根据零件图形绘制出CAD零件图,然后根据所学过的软件绘制出3D效果图,然后通过分析CAD零件图和3D效果图,将这些工作做完之后编制出安全可靠并且可以在数控铣床上面进行加工的程序。关键词:CAD,3D,数控仿真 第一章 零件的工艺性及生产类型的确定1.1零件的工艺分析如图1.1所示,零件的结构比较复杂,需要在铣床加工。图1.1 零件图具体分析零件的尺寸精度如下:零件的最大轮廓尺寸为100x100mm,零件凸台高度10mm,整体零件未注表面粗糙度Ra=1.6m,经济加工等级IT7级。零件100x100轮廓设计正负偏差0.1mm,设计直径90mm凸台,设计高度为5mm,设计尺寸上偏差为0.021,下偏差为0mm。零件叶轮由R25,R35,R1.5.R3圆弧组成。均布5个。设计零件底面为设计基准A,设计100x100矩形与设计基准A的垂直度为0.02,直径90mm凸台与设计基准A的垂直度为0.021.2零件的生产类型在确定零件的生产类型一般有三种:(1):单件生产。(2):批量生产。(3):大量生产。确定本次设计的生产类型为单件生产。第二章 选择毛坯、确定毛坯尺寸2.1选择毛坯零件毛坯的选择与零件的加工工艺和零件本身的工作场合有密不可分的关系,比如数控铣床的床身毛坯设计的是铸造毛坯,这样的做发是因为数控铣床本身工作在振动比较大的场合,尺寸精度并不高,但是加工位置比较多,采用一般的加工方法,不方便加工,所以选择的毛坯类型为铸造毛坯。其次在选择毛坯时,需要注意零件的结构和外形,如果毛坯结构比较复杂,就要选择铸造或者是锻造毛坯。如果是阶梯轴类零件,每一个轴的直径相差不是很大,就可以选择棒料,也就是型材毛坯。如果相差很大的话,比如小端直径10大端直径100,那么就可以选择锻造零件。还有就是根据零件的生产批量大小,如果小批量生产的话选择型材或者是锻造毛坯。如果是大批量生产的话,就要选择铸造毛坯,这样比较节省节省毛坯成本。还有选择毛坯时需要注意本身的生产能力,比如本次的零件是做为设计答辩生产,如果选择铸造毛坯或者锻造毛坯,成本比较高,负担不起。所以本次设计选择了毛坯类型为型材毛坯。2.2确定毛坯尺寸零件的最大外轮廓尺寸为100x100x15mm,设计毛坯为100x100x20mm。第三章 选择定位基准及加工方法3.1定位基准的选择在机械加工中,定位基准是有一定的选择原则的,当然这些原则只能是起到参考作用,在实际加工中,一切以加工出合适的零件为目标。定位基准的选择,决定了零件质量的好坏,也能够保证零件的尺寸精度和形位精度,在一定程度上也影响了加工工序的安排,机械加工中的定位基准进行划分的话可以分为,粗加工定位基准和精加工定位基准。零件的精加工选择是有一定的选择基准的,比如是基准重合,基准统一等。精加工定位基准的选择原则是为了更好地保证每一个加工表面的尺寸精度和形位精度,同时减少多次装夹提高加工效率。在选择粗加工基准的时候,尽量要以没有加工过的表面,或者是表面余量,较为均匀的表面均匀的表面为粗加工基准。本次设计以毛坯面为加工基准。掉头之后以90外圆为精加工基准。3.2零件表面加工方法的选择零件主要的加工是不规则零件的轮廓,为了保证加工精度,使用粗铣半精铣精铣加工可以满足加工要求。8内孔使用中心钻定位,麻花钻扩孔加工。第四章 工序设计、制定工艺路线4.1选择加工设备与工艺装备4.1.1选择机床数控铣床的型号:XD-40A机床的数控系统为FANUC-0iT图4-1 数控铣床图4.1.2选择夹具在数控铣床加工中使用的夹具比较简单,一般使用虎钳装夹和三爪卡盘。这种夹具是在数控铣床上比较常见的机械装置。本次设计选择两种夹具,使用平口钳装夹毛坯,掉头装夹之后使用三爪卡盘装夹外圆。三爪卡盘由卡盘体、活动卡爪和卡爪驱动机构组成。三爪卡盘上三个卡爪导向部分的下面,有螺纹与碟形伞齿轮背面的平面螺纹相啮合,当用扳手通过四方孔转动小伞齿轮时,碟形齿轮转动,背面的平面螺纹同时带动三个卡爪向中心靠近或退出,用以夹紧不同直径的工件。用在三个卡爪上换上三个反爪,用来安装直径较大的工件。三爪卡盘的自行对中精确度为0.05-0.15mm。用三爪卡盘加工工件的精度受到卡盘制造精度和使用后磨损情况的影响。图4-2铣床用三爪卡盘平口钳又名机用虎钳,是一种通用夹具,常用于安装小型工件,它是铣床、钻床的随机附件,将其固定在机床工作台上,用来夹持工件进行切削加工。平口钳的装配结构是可拆卸的螺纹连接和销连接;活动钳身的直线运动是由螺旋运动转变的;工作表面是螺旋副、导轨副及间隙配合的轴和孔的摩擦面。图4-3平口钳4.1.3选择刀具零件名称刀具号刀具规格刀具用途叶轮T01D6立铣刀铣轮廓T02A3中心钻钻零件定位孔T03D7.8麻花钻扩孔 4.1.4选择量具 数控铣床上面的量具一般是由通用量具这些量具一般有,三用游标卡尺,内径百分表,千分尺等。量具图零件名称量具号量具名称量具用途量具规格 1游标卡尺总长0-150mm4.2制定工艺路线5下料95x95x10mm10去毛刺,飞边20铣平面,保证总长30粗精加工零件轮廓,到尺寸要求40中心钻定位,钻8内孔50掉头装夹,铣平面,保证总长。60粗精加工零件轮廓,到尺寸要求70按尺寸要求检验第五章 确定切削用量粗加工;工件材料:45钢选择XD-40A数控铣床,刀具选择D6立铣刀。1.切削用量1)确定切削深度ap 选择ap=1mm。2)确定每分钟进给量f由于本工序为粗加工,根据机械制造基础表5-2,fz=0.7mm/r3)确定切削速度vc和每分钟进给量vf由机械制造技术基础表5-2选择切削速度80m/min定机床主轴转速: (1-1) 式中:切削速度;d刀具直径。 选择加工转速选择=4200r/min,因此,实际切削速度和每分钟进给量为: (1-2) 式中:主轴转速; 刀具直径。m/min 精加工;工件材料:45钢1.切削用量1)确定切削深度ap 加工零件轮廓,属于精加工,选择ap=6mm。2)确定每分钟进给量f由于本工序为粗加工,根据机械制造基础表5-2,fz=0.1mm/r 3)确定切削速度vc和每分钟进给量vf由机械制造技术基础表5-2选择切削速度100m/min定机床主轴转速: 式中:切削速度;d刀具直径。 选择加工转速选择=5300r/min,因此,实际切削速度和每分钟进给量为: 式中:主轴转速; 刀具直径。m/min 钻中心孔刀具选择A3中心钻。1.切削用量1)确定切削深度ap 选择ap=2mm。2)确定每分钟进给量f由于本工序为粗加工,根据机械制造基础表5-2,fz=0.1mm/r 3)确定切削速度vc和每分钟进给量vf由机械制造技术基础表5-2选择切削速度10m/min定机床主轴转速: 式中:切削速度;d刀具直径。 选择加工转速选择=1000r/min,因此,实际切削速度和每分钟进给量为: 式中:主轴转速; 刀具直径。m/min 钻8内孔刀具选择8麻花钻。1.切削用量1)确定切削深度ap 选择ap=2mm。2)确定每分钟进给量f由于本工序为粗加工,根据机械制造基础表5-2,fz=0.1mm/r 3)确定切削速度vc和每分钟进给量vf由机械制造技术基础表5-2选择切削速度10m/min定机床主轴转速: 式中:切削速度;d刀具直径。 选择加工转速选择=400r/min,因此,实际切削速度和每分钟进给量为: 式中:主轴转速; 刀具直径。m/min 第六章 零件编程6.1编程方法 本次设计选择自动编程。6.2设置进刀点和换刀点刀具的进刀点非常重要,因为刀具的切入和切出关系到第一刀进到的安全点,和退刀之后换刀的安全点。本次加工将加工坐标系设计在中心点6.3程序粗加工轮廓N0010 G40 G17 G90 G71N0020 G91 G28 Z0.0N0030 T01 M06N0040 G00 G90 X3.208 Y.5664 s3000 M03N0050 G43 Z10.
