目录摘要3第一章零件的工艺性及生产类型的确定41.1零件的工艺分析41.2零件的生产类型6第二章选择毛坯、确定毛坯尺寸82.1选择毛坯82.2确定毛坯尺寸8第三章选择定位基准及加工方法93.1定位基准的选择93.2零件表面加工方法的选择9第四章 工序设计、制定工艺路线114.1选择加工设备与工艺装备114.2制定工艺路线15第五章 确定切削用量21第六章 零件编程296.1编程方法296.2设置进刀点和换刀点296.3零件编程29设计体会45致谢词46参考文献47摘要选择的是曲轴和连杆2个零件,提现出来的是综合加工工艺的安排。零件需要用到车削加工,磨削加工,铣削加工,刨削加工。加工零件,首先根据零件图形绘制出CAD零件图,然后根据所学过的软件绘制出3D效果图,然后通过分析CAD零件图和3D效果图,将这些工作做完之后安排零件合理的加工工艺,选择合适的机床进行加工。关键词: 曲柄 连杆 第一章 零件的工艺性及生产类型的确定1.1零件的工艺分析如图1.1所示,零件为连杆结构,由曲面,圆弧面,锥面等结构组成。图1.1 零件图具体分析零件的尺寸精度和表面粗糙度如下:零件设计SR17.5球面,设计表面粗糙度Ra=0.8m,设计经济加工精度7级。设计圆锥面Ra=3.2m,设计经济加工精度8级。设计曲面表面粗糙度Ra=0.8m,设计经济加工精度7级。图1.2零件图如图1.2所示,零件为曲轴结构,由圆柱面,槽,花键等结构组成。设计75外圆表面粗糙度Ra=0.8m,设计经济加工精度7级。设计200外圆表面粗糙度Ra=0.8m,设计经济加工精度7级。设计40外圆表面粗糙度Ra=0.8m,设计经济加工精度7级。设计花键长度122mm。未注表面粗糙度Ra=3.2m,设计经济加工精度8级。1.2零件的生产类型在确定零件的生产类型一般有三种:(1):单件生产。(2):批量生产。(3):大量生产。确定本次设计的生产类型为单件生产。第二章 选择毛坯、确定毛坯尺寸2.1选择毛坯(1)锻件:锻件适用于强度要求高、形状比较简单的零件毛坯。其锻造方法有自由锻和模锻两种。自由锻毛坯精度低、加工余量大、生产率低,适用于单件小批生产以及大型零件毛坯。模锻毛坯精度高、加工余量小、生产率高,但成本也高,试用于中小型零件毛坯的大量生产。锻造的材料有低碳钢、中碳钢材料最适合锻造。其中自由锻造是利用冲击力和压力使金属在各个方向自由变形,不受任何限制而获得所需形状及尺寸和一定机械性能的锻件的一种加工方法,简称自由锻;模锻件就是有模具的锻造件,利用模具锻出精度要求比较高,比较复杂的锻件。(2)铸件:铸件适用于形状复杂的零件毛坯。其铸造方法有砂型铸造、精密铸造、金属性铸造、压力铸造等。较常用的是砂型铸造,当毛坯精度要求低、生产批量较小时,采用木模手工造型法;当毛坯精度要求高、生产批量很大时,采用金属型机器造型法。铸件材料有铸铁、铸钢及铜、铝等有色金属。(3)零件的结构形状和尺寸:形状复杂的毛坯,一般采用铸造方法制造,(4)薄壁零件不宜用砂型铸造:现有的生产条件:选择毛坯时,还要考虑本厂的毛坯制造水平、设计条件以及外协的可能性和经济性等。(5)铸造工艺设计的意义在于;有利于采用先进的工艺获得高质量,低成本的铸件。根据工艺进行工序检查,产生铸造缺陷时便于寻找原因,采取纠正措施.根据工艺设计进行技术准备,如准备砂箱、芯骨、必要的工艺装备和工具,有利于保证正常的生产秩序,方便生产计划调度,可以不断的积累和总结经验,提高铸造生产技术水平。本次设计选择的材料为45#,常用中碳调质结构钢。该钢冷塑性一般,退火、正火比调质时要稍好,具有较高的强度和较好的切削加工性,经适当的热处理以后可获得一定的韧性、塑性和耐磨性,材料来源方便。适合于氢焊和氩弧焊,不太适合于气焊。焊前需预热,焊后应进行去应力退火。本次设计2个零件使用锻造毛坯。第三章 选择定位基准及加工方法3.1定位基准的选择在机械加工中,定位基准是有一定的选择原则的,当然这些原则只能是起到参考作用,在实际加工中,一切以加工出合适的零件为目标。定位基准的选择,决定了零件质量的好坏,也能够保证零件的尺寸精度和形位精度,在一定程度上也影响了加工工序的安排,机械加工中的定位基准进行划分的话可以分为,粗加工定位基准和精加工定位基准。零件的精加工选择是有一定的选择基准的,比如是基准重合,基准统一等。精加工定位基准的选择原则是为了更好地保证每一个加工表面的尺寸精度和形位精度,同时减少多次装夹提高加工效率。在选择粗加工基准的时候,尽量要以没有加工过的表面,或者是表面余量,较为均匀的表面均匀的表面为粗加工基准。零件连杆设计毛坯面为粗加工基准,加工球面和圆锥面。掉头装夹以 圆锥面为精加工基准。零件曲轴毛坯面为粗加工基准,加工直径75外圆的地方。掉头装夹以75外圆为精加工基准。3.2零件表面加工方法的选择零件连杆加工,球面表面粗糙度Ra=0.8m,使用粗车精车加工。圆锥面表面粗糙度Ra=3.2m,使用粗车精车加工。曲面表面粗糙度Ra=0.8m,使用粗铣精铣加工。加工之后使用磨床精加工曲面。零件曲轴加工,75,40,200的表面粗糙度Ra=0.8m,使用粗车精车加工。10mm槽使用粗铣加工,花键使用刨削加工。第四章 工序设计、制定工艺路线4.1选择加工设备与工艺装备4.1.1选择机床本次设计选择数控铣床一台,数控车床一台,万能磨床一台,牛头刨床一台。零件连杆外圆使用数控车床加工,曲面使用数控铣加工,然后使用磨床对曲面进行精加工。零件曲轴外圆使用数控车床加工,花键使用牛头刨床加工4.1.2选择夹具 数控车床加工使用三爪卡盘为车床加工,数控铣床加工使用三爪卡盘加工,磨床加工时选择平口钳加工,刨床加工时使用分度盘加工。4.1.3选择刀具刀具图零件名称刀具号刀具规格刀具用途曲柄T0190外圆车刀车端面T0275外圆车刀粗车外圆T0335外圆车刀精车外圆T04D10R0.5球刀加工曲面 刀具图零件名称刀具号刀具规格刀具用途连杆T01D10立铣刀铣轮廓T0290外圆车刀车端面T0375外圆车刀粗车外圆T0435外圆车刀精车外圆T05刨刀刨花键4.1.4选择量具 数控铣床上面的量具一般是由通用量具这些量具一般有,三用游标卡尺,内径百分表,千分尺等。量具图零件名称量具号量具名称量具用途量具规格 1游标卡尺总长0-300mm2外径千分尺测量外径25-75mm4.2制定工艺路线连杆5锻造毛坯10调质处理20三爪卡盘。粗精车球面,锥面,到尺寸要求30掉头装夹,粗精铣曲面轮廓。40磨削曲面轮廓50渗碳淬火60按尺寸要求检验曲轴5锻造毛坯10调质处理20三爪卡盘。粗精车花键外圆面,70圆柱面,到尺寸要求30掉头装夹,粗精车40,64外圆,到尺寸要求40粗精车200外圆,四周倒角50粗精铣10mm矩形槽60渗碳淬火70按尺寸要求检验第六章 零件编程6.1编程方法 本次设计选择自动编程。6.2设置进刀点和换刀点刀具的进刀点非常重要,因为刀具的切入和切出关系到第一刀进到的安全点,和退刀之后换刀的安全点。本次加工将加工坐标系设计在零件中心点6.3零件编程粗车外圆N0010 G94 G90 G20N0020 G50 X0.0 Z0.0:0030 T00 H00 M06N0040 G97 S400 M03N0050 G94 G00 X83.7262 Z88.2452N0060 Z49.1144N0070 X51.35 Z14.2N0080 G92 S0N0090 G96 M03N0100 G01 Z13.
