basic steps must be followed in order to help protect our guests and their belongings. first, never announce the room number of the guest. doing so tells everyone in the lobby exactly where the guest positively identify the guest is to verify the guests registration information and their signature. ask the person to sign a piece of paper and compare the signature to the registration card, then
