For deciding the structure and parameters of Skin flesh leaf separation machinery of Stems and leaves separation mechanism of corn stalk,the Skin flesh leaf separation machinery key mechanismleaf-stripping mechanism was experimented in the paper by Self-designed leaf-stripping equipment. For optimization parameters in structure and motion of leaf-stripping mechanism,the experimental method of the three-factor quadratics rotary orthogonal combination was adopted, and two evaluation indexes were applied in the experiment. By carrying on the experiments, the suitable parameters in structure and motion were obtained as below, rotation speed of leaf-stripping roll was 9211224rpm. leaf-stripping teeth plate clearance was 36.841.5mm. and moisture content of corn stalk was 44.965 . Corn stalks accounted for 27.39 percent of Chinas crop stalk, accounting for 46% of the resources of crop stalks can be collected, but less comprehensive utilization still in the inefficient use of stage, most of the corn stalks are just simply processing and utilization. Corn stalks is an abundant renewable resource, which is consisted by three parts of the skin, flesh, leaves. The skin is rich in cellulose and lignin, is quality cheap raw materials for paper and building materials; leaves and flesh contains rich protein, starch, fat and hemicellulose and other quality feed for herbivores, can also be used to produce xylose, cultivate edible fungus has broad application prospects1,2,3,4. Therefore, if the various components of corn stover can achieve its corresponding uses that allow parts to be able to make the best use of each, will be conducive to the effective use of resources, protect the environment and improve farmers income, thereby creating enormous social and economic value. Therefore the skin, flesh and leaves of corn talks separation is important. Just harvested corn stover moisture content of about 60%, considering each index, stalk moisture content should be 44.9% to 65%. The conclusion Confirmed by experiment, the experimental design of corn stalks leaf-stripping institutional structure is simple and reliable, easy to operate, can effectively separate the stalk stems and leaves, higher rates of separation and to lay the foundation for its subsequent processing. Accordance with the requirements of the the stalk stems and leaves separation processing quality, leaf-stripping rate as investigated index comprehensive Evaluation leaf-stripping institutional structure and motion parameters of corn stalk and to determine the main parameters range.
