的目光。其中，宋词以其丰富的意象和耐人寻味的意境更是成为了中国古典文学中的瑰 宝。国内许多学者已从文化角度或是语言角度对宋词进行过翻译。但是较少有人涉及到 翻译过程中意象的传递及情感意象所表达出的情感。本文立足于帕尔默文化语言学，结 合宋词英译中的情感意象进行了研究。 帕尔默文化语言学将博厄斯语言学、人类文化语义学和人类语言文化学与认知语言 学相结合，并将意象作为此理论研究的重点。意象不仅包括视觉意象，还包括其他感官 所获得的意象，以及经过思维加工后的意象。意象、语言、文化三者构成一体。文化通 过语言、意象表达内涵；文化对语言、意象起决定作用。同时，语言也通过意象来反映文 化。意象、语言、文化不可分割，同时构成了帕尔默文化语言学研究的核心。凝结于宋 词中的情感，通过意象得到表达。情感共分为四类：爱自己，爱母亲，爱兄弟姐妹，爱 异性以及爱其他人，并由此四类基本情感扩充出其他种种情感。情感意象通过思维的认 知过程将作者赋予宋词的情感传递到目的语读者脑中，使得宋词这一文学形式受到国内 外许多学者的重视。 本文通过使用帕尔默文化语言学理论，分析宋词英译本与原文本之间情感意象的传 递，以及情感意象所表达出的情感。本文也对翻译策略进行了系统的研究，发现由于文
