123 项目背景1231我国纺织工业现状及面临的形势 进入21世纪以来，我国纺织工业快速发展，形成了从上游纤维原料加工到服装、家用、产业用终端产品制造不断完善的产业体系。生产持续较快增长，产品出口大幅增加，结构调整取得进展，对就业和惠农的贡献突出。2007年，纺织工业实现工业增加值8126亿元，占全部工业增加值的6.9%，占全国gdp的3.3%。纺织工业约30%的产品销往国际市场，国际市场占有率连续十余年位居全球首位；2007年纺织品服装出口总额1756亿美元，比2000年增长2.3倍，年均增长18.7%，占全国出口总额的14.4%，占国际纺织品服装贸易额的30%。产品应用范围已扩大到航空、航天、水利、农业、交通、医疗等众多领域。全行业吸纳就业人数超过2000万人，其中80%为农民工；消化农业提供的棉、毛、麻、丝天然纤维近1000万吨，惠及1亿农民。我国已经成为世界纺织服装生产大国。但是，纺织工业在快速发展的过程中，长期积累的矛盾和问题也日渐凸显。主要表现在：自主创新能力薄弱，高技术、功能性纤维和复合材料开发滞后，高性能纺织机械装备主要依靠进口；产业布局不尽合理，纺织工业能力的80%集中在沿海地区， 随着我国加入wto，我国纺织工业面临新的出口机遇，必将带动化纤行业的发展。近年来，锦纶在休闲服装面料、高档针织布、弹性织物等领域应用越来越广泛，国内市场需求旺盛。我国锦纶纤维一直在发展，但发展比较缓慢，跟不上国内市场的需求。国内市场对锦纶纤维的需求量将保持10的年增长率，锦纶差别化、功能化纤维的需求量的年增长率更是达到30。因此不论是原料，还是纤维及织物，进口量仍在逐年增加，市场前景十分广阔。国内高技术含量纤维发展状况。 2009年纺织行业振兴计划细则出台，提出了2009年到2011年我国纺织产业的五项目标、八大主要任务和十项具体政策措施。五项目标中明确指出到2011年淘汰230万吨落后化纤产能。加速实现高性能碳纤维、芳纶、聚苯硫醚、超高分子量聚乙烯、玄武岩纤维、聚酰亚胺、新型聚酯等高新技术纤维和复合材料的产业化，总产量由目前的7万吨提高到14万吨。差别化产能建设才是王道，在目前化纤产能过剩的情况下，高附加值产品才有生存空间。1232 国内锦纶纤维的需求状况锦纶纤维是我国最早工业化生产的合成纤维。由于锦纶纤维具有优良的物理性能和纺织性能，发展速度很快，在合成纤维产量中一直居首位，但长期以来由于多种原因限制了锦纶纤维的应用和发展，从1972年开始被涤纶超过而退居第二位。 锦纶纤维的应用广泛，主要应用在以下领域：服装用丝、装饰用丝、工业用丝。我国锦纶在这三种应用领域的比例为63：25：12。 根据产品方案，差别化锦纶工艺流程如下：（1）差别化锦纶hoy生产线项目hoy生产线采用一步法、冷拉伸生产工艺，具有流程短、布置紧凑、灵活高效、节能低耗，环境污染小等优点。工艺流程概述如下：将锦纶6干切片送至切片投料间，借重力落入干切片料仓，用氮气(为防止切片氧化，用氮气加以保护)送至干切片料仓。借重力及螺杆挤压剪切力在螺杆挤压机内加热、熔融、混合后，挤压至熔体过滤器，滤去不良物。再经熔体分配管道进入纺丝箱，在箱体内经纺丝计算泵以通过纺丝组件的过滤层后，从喷丝板细孔中挤出，挤出的熔体细流经过空气冷却成丝条，而油剂计量泵以恒量的油剂经导管自集束导丝器小孔内喷出，给丝束上油。上油后的丝束自甬道出来，再经自动吸丝切丝机、导丝器及网络器后，在卷绕头上卷绕成筒。当卷装达到规定重量时，自动落筒。卷绕丝经平衡间24小时平衡。同时抽样进行成品物理性试验，然后根据试验数据和丝筒外观在分级台、数字台称、称量台辊道、皮带输送机、自动捆包机上进行分级、称量、包装。包装纸箱用人工放在垛板上，用叉车将垛箱运至成品库存贮存待运出厂。具体工艺流程框图见图2.3-1。锦纶6干切片输送螺杆挤压机纺丝侧吹风冷却成形上油冷拉伸网络器卷绕分级包装单体抽吸油剂、水纺丝组件清洗废水己内酰胺废气图2.3-1 主要原料、辅助原料 生产所需要的原料为聚己内酰胺，目前国内有多家工厂生产，国外也有大量生产。因此，拟从新会美达，德国巴斯夫，日本宇部，韩国晓星，台湾展颂等地采购，原料货源充足。主要原材料清单聚己内酰胺19600吨hoy油剂380吨国内或进口氨纶1000吨市 场1纸筒管190万个市 场2包装材料15万个市 场3雾化硅油10000瓶市 场144 厂址及土建本项目拟占用的130亩，土地利用总体规划确定为建设用地，符合义乌市土地利用总体规划。全厂建(构)筑物占地面积33816平方米，全厂总建筑面积152176平方米，道路面积37198平方米，绿地面积16474平方米，建筑密度39，容积率1.76，绿地率19。 145 公用配套设施 1451 给排水供水：由义乌市自来水公司并网供水，引入二路管径为dn250管道接入基地，以环状与枝状相给合管网，供应各用水点，并以车间或工段为单元装设水表，以资考核。本项目最大用水量为160吨天。 排水：排水采用完全分流制，分雨水、废水及污水二个排水系统。雨水排水系统在基地汇总后，排入市政雨水道。废水排水系统在基地汇总处理后达到排放标准，接开发区市政污水管道。污水则适当汇总经化粪池处理就近接废水系统。食堂含油废水经隔油池处理后接入废水系统。 1452 供电条件及电源情况 本工程的主电源，由工业区变电所用电缆引一路35kv到厂区变电所，配电电压为380220伏。 全厂负荷计算：本项目设备安装总容量为2500kw。 1453 供 热本项目根据工艺、空调及生活用汽量为3th。 1454 制 冷 本项目选用2台离心式冷水机组(制冷量为250万大卡h)。 1455 空 压 本项目压缩空气量为9m3min，在厂区设一个空压站(动力机修内)。选用上海应格素兰压缩机有限公司生产的mh-37(5.2 mmin)2台。 1456 空 调 每个生产车间设置2套处理风量为12万m3h组合式空调机。 1457 通 风仓库为了改善工人劳动条件，需采取局部和全面换气相结合的通风措施，仓库内设置轴流风机，强制通风，换气次数5-8次时。146 环境保护与综合利用 1461 环境保护措施本项目废水主要来自部分生活污水，经化粪池处理与生活废水一起排入厂区废水管网，食堂废水经隔油处理后排入厂区废水管网。废水一起排入厂区污水处理站，处理达标后排入义乌市市政污水管网。本项目无废渣产生。食堂油烟废气应采用专用油烟净化设备，净化处理达标后高空排放。 噪声主要来自空压机、风机等设备，通过设备安装时基础作防噪处理，墙四周装消音器或消音材料，达到消音目的。 厂区绿化统一规划，达到美观厂区，建立一个优美宜人的工作环境。 1462 综合利用生产过程中会有一定数量的原料边角料，企业收集后可出售，供综合利用。生活垃圾应定期及时清运、填埋或焚烧。 147 消防与安全 1471 消 防 本项目生产车间建筑耐火等级为二级，生产火灾危险性为丙类。厂区内各单体给水干管形成环状布置，室外按不大于120米间距设置ss100室外地上式消火栓，车间内按建筑灭火器配置设置规范配置灭火器。各车间、仓库按不大于30米间距设置sn65室内消火栓。 1472 安全生产项目采用的设备为机电一体化封闭机械，其安全措施已具备。职工上岗前应做好安全生产教育，使职工掌握新设备的安全操作规程和必要的安全生产知识，熟悉了解新生产工艺，掌握各种特点及事故易发点，以避免直到杜绝事故发生。 148 节能措施本项目工艺设备均选用国内外技术先进、精密度高，各部件紧密配合，运转平衡，有自停装置，不存在空转，有利于节能。车间内照明选用节能灯具，供电设计采用节能型电力变压器，并采用无功率自动补偿，减少无功功率损耗。 149工作制度与劳动定员
