摘 要


   随着当今社会的发展,科技的进步,人们的生活水平提高,各个方便于生活的自动门控制系统开始进入了人们的生活,以PLC为核心的感应门系统就是其中的。它的实用性强,功能齐全,技术先进,使人们相信这是科技进步的成果。通过对“感应门的PLC控制”的研究和设计,撰写了PLC感应门控制系统设计。本设计着重阐述了以PLC为核心,三相异步电动机,信号发送与接收装置系统相结合的感应门控制系统。从分发挥了自动控制的性能。其优点机构简单,控制方便完善,控制系统可靠等功能。具有一定的参考跟使用价值。

前 言

   

   在经济迅速发展的中国,高楼耸立的大都市里的大厦、宾馆、酒店、银行、商场、写字楼,感应门已经是随处可见。感应门的工作方式是通过感应门内外两侧的感应开关来感应人的出入,当人走进感应门时,感应开关感应到人的存在,给控制器一个开门信号,控制器通过驱动装置将门打开。当人通过门之后,再将门关闭。由于感应门通电后可以实现无人管理,不但能给我们带来人员进出方便、节约空调资源、防风、防尘、防噪音等好处,更令我们的大门增添了不少高贵典雅的气息。

   感应门再国外早已得到普遍应用,再我国也以其优异的性能得到大家的认同,中国已经迎来了感应门发展的黄金时期。

   感应门的性能好坏取决于它的控制装置,早期的感应门控制系统采用继电器逻辑控制,造成安装烦琐、体积大、不稳定、不易维修等缺点已逐渐被淘汰。目前感应门以及自动化行业最稳定的控制装置是可编程控制器(一下简称PLC),PLC是一种专门为工业环境下应用而设计的数字运算操作的电子装置。它采用可以编制程序的存储器,用来在其内部存储执行逻辑运算、顺序运算、计时、计数和算术运算等操作的指令,并能通过数字式或模拟式和开关量的逻辑控制的输入和输出,控制各类型的机械或生产过程。PLC具有可靠性高,抗干扰能力强,功能完善,适用性强,系统的设计、建造工作量小,维修方便,容易改造,体积小 ,重量轻,能耗低等有点。目前,可编程控制器在机械制造、石油化工、冶金钢铁、汽车、轻工业等领域的应用都得到了长足的发展。因此运用PLC控制感应门行业的发展,扩大PLC在感应门行业乃至整个自动化行业的应用,具有一定的经济和理论研究价值。

   本课题主要介绍运用PLC为控制器的感应门的开发和研究,所有产品的开发都要讲究使用,本课题开发的产品对许多的场合都适用,而且能够简单化,不论对于产品的开发商还有使用者来说,都是最好的。他们需要的是一个廉价的又是一个实用的产品。此系统的设计正好具备了这样的一个要求,能够在大多数的地方应用。因此本设计就是解决了这样一个问题,还可以保证感应门的稳定性。例如,一些商场要求营业期间的门都是用感应门,这就需要感应门要有极高的稳定性,且对于商场来说成本不能太高。然而本课题意味着产品成本下降,效益提高。因此是一个比较适合此类场合运用且经济的产品。

早期的PLC(60年代末—70年代中期)

   早期的PLC一般称为可编程逻辑控制器。这时的PLC多少有点继电器控制装置的替代物的含义,其主要功能只是执行原先由继电器完成的顺序控制,定时等。

中期的PLC(70年代中期—80年代中,后期)

    在70年代,微处理器的出现使PLC发生了巨大的变化。美国,日本,德国等一些厂家先后开始采用微处理器作为PLC的中央处理单元(CPU)。
