-内容摘要信息化教学资源对人们传统的教育观、人才观以及教育方式产生了极大的影响。与传统教学资源相比,信息化教学资源为学生的自主学习提供了个别化的学习环境,其内容更为丰富,交互性更强。目前大多数的研究都是针对中小学信息化教学资源的开发与建设,以及信息化教学资源环境存在的问题。但是对于信息化教学资源到底对英语教学效果的影响如何,这方面的研究是比较少的。本文采用问卷调查和访谈的方式,从学习态度、英语听说读写能力、学习过程和综合素质四个方面分析信息化教学资源对英语学习的影响。通过研究信息化教学资源对学生英语学习的影响,我们可以检验信息化教学资源在教学中发挥的作用如何,完善在信息技术环境下英语教学的方法。关键词:信息化教学资源;信息技术环境;英语学习态度;英语听说读写能力abstractinformationized teaching resource has been widely used and researched in education. informationized teaching resource has significant impact on peoples view of education and talent, and educational methodology. compared with traditional instruction resource, informationized teaching resource provides individualized learning environment for students self-learning and its content is richer and more interactive.most of current studies are on the development and construction of primary and secondary informationized teaching resource, and the problems of informationized teaching resource environment. the research of informationized teaching resources effect on english teaching is relatively small. therefore, this paper attempts to analyze the informationized teaching resources effect on english learning in four areas, the attitude to learning, the ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing, the optimization of learning process and the comprehensive quality. we can check the role of the informationized teaching resource in teaching and improve the english teaching methods in information technology environment. key words: informationized teaching resource; information technology environment; attitude to english learning; ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing1. introductionsince the 1990s the computer has entered every family, and the internet has also swept the whole world. at the same time, informationized teaching resource challenged peoples traditional educational view, educational mode, and view of talent. the usage of informationized teaching resources on education is the integration of information technology and the teaching and learning, and regarding the information technology as a tool to improve the efficiency of teaching and learning. after the new english curriculum standards was proposed in 2003, the growing number of english educators started using informationized teaching resources to assist their english teaching(徐晓菁,2008:1). today, informationized teaching resource in english teaching is used very frequently, and its status is becoming increasingly important.informationized teaching resource is any resource supporting for teaching and learning activities based on modern information technology. its technology is based on the hypermedia technology, the combination of network and multimedia technology. compared with traditional instruction resource, informationized teaching resource provides individualized learning environment for students self-learning. its content is richer, more interactive, and more convenient to search for(俞瑜,2009:20).informationized teaching resource is a new form of teaching resources, and is an important condition and content of informationization education. it is also an important factor in improving teaching quality and education reform. informationized teaching resource is to play an active role in teaching, a good environment to support the application is necessary(杜玉霞,2009:13). many scholars are concerned about the integration of information technology and english language teaching, that is, the informationized teaching resource is applied to the process of english teaching, and follows the concepts and methods of teaching to make information technology as an effective tool to improve teaching effectiveness. since the importance of interest and recreation of informationized teaching resource in english teaching, there are a lot of research about the impact of academic performance to the interest and motivation in information technology environment. speaking and writing are basic abilities in english, so in information technology environment, how to play the advantages of informationized teaching resource to train the four basic abilities has been widespread concerned.through reading and analysis of large amounts of data, i find that most of the current studies are the development and construction of primary and secondary informationized teaching resource, and the problems of informationized teaching resource environment. the research of informationized teaching resources effect on english teaching is relatively small. therefore, i take case study method to survey and interview the test class. i will analyze the informationized teaching resources effect on english learning in four areas, the attitude to learning, the ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing, the optimization of learning process and the comprehensive quality.we can check the role of the informationized teaching resource in teaching and the advantages and disadvantages of information technology environment by researching the informationized teaching resources effect on english learning. so we can improve the english teaching methods in information technology environment to let students have made great progress in all aspects of learning.2. literature review2.1 the definition of informationized teaching resourcesin a limited sense, informationized teaching resources are instructional material existed in digital configuration, including all kinds of digital material, instructional software needed in learning and instruction process.in a generalized sense, informationized teaching resources include digital instructional environment, that is, all kinds of software needed in instruction process.informationized teaching resource is any resource supporting for teaching and learning activities based on modern information technology. its technology is based on the hypermedia technology, the combination of network and multimedia technology. compared with traditional instruction resource, informationized teaching resource provides individualized learning environment for students self-learning. its content is richer, more interactive, and more convenient to search for.2.2 types of informationized teaching resourcesthere are nine kinds of informationized teaching resources: medium material, exam library, text paper, courseware and online courseware, case, document, answer to common question, resource catalog index and online course. based on actual demand, we can add some other kinds of resources.media material: medium material is the basic material unit of transmitting instructional information. it can be divided into five part, including text material, image material, audio material, video material and flash material.exam library: it is a collection of examination, and it is a instructional measuring tool based on mathematical model.text paper: text paper involves some classical text which can be used in many kinds of texts.courseware and online courseware: it is an instructional soft with whole instructional process. it can be divided into two parts according to the platform, and they are online courseware and single computer courseware.case: it is some representative instructional cases which have direct and instructional meaning.document: it is some records, important article and books related to education.answer to common question: they are some comprehensive answers to some questions which are very common.resource catalog index: it lists some correlative net links and non-online resource index.online course: it is a teaching activity represented by nets. it has two parts, instructional content composed by instructional aims and strategies, and network instructional environment.2.3 the role of informationized teaching resources2.3.1 informationized teaching resource as learning objectsinformation technology is also a subject like physics and chemistry. students can study information technology knowledge, such as basic principle, composition and programming language of computer, and basic skills, such as usage of keyboard, mouse and software.2.3.2 informationized teaching resource as demonstration instrumentthis is the initial representation that information technology is used for teaching. teachers could select proper materials in their courseware to show content which is difficult to instruct. these materials include graphic chart, form and flash and so on. computers replace the blackboard and chalk these traditional media, and achieve some instructional function that they cant.2.3.3 informationized teaching resource as communication instrumentas communication instrument, informationalization study resource is a tool between teachers and students to communicate. the web, email, bbs, chatting room, video conference, all can support the communication between teachers and students. teacher also can setup a discussion group for students to discuss some topics they are interested in. besides, teachers and parents can also communicate and cooperate through website.2.3.4 informationized teaching resource as individual coaching instrumentthere is a lot of software with which students can practice and consolidate knowledge. this is one kind of individual coaching instruction. students can select text question to practice according to their ability, and they can get answers after testing. the software can replace teacher to coach student individually in study.2.3.5 informationized teaching resource offers resource environmentthe use of informationalization technology resources is to break the limit that books is the main source of knowledge. informationalization technology resources can greatly expand the amount of teaching knowledge, so that students not only learn the content of textbooks but also open ideas and variety of views.2.4 related researches of informationized teaching resourcecurrently, a large number of studies aim to problems and countermeasures of informationized instruction environment in primary and secondary schools, focusing on information technology application environment. the main issues are raised below. first, teachers have misunderstanding on informationized teaching resource. some teachers think that informationized teaching resource is resource existed in computers, and another regard it as courseware or resource online. secondly, primary and secondary school teachers have weak sense of construction and application of informationized teaching resource. they rely more on textbooks and other written material resources. school information technology environment is not ideal, and by the impact of the examination system, so it is hard to let teachers use it (贾雪梅,2006:42).lastly, many schools lack policy to encourage teachers to apply informationized teaching resource. the teachers enthusiasm o f using it has not been fully mobilized, and their sense of active use of resources is not strong enough(杜玉霞,2009:13).in addition, there are some papers on the study of the impact of informationized teaching resource on english learning. this is a comprehensive analysis from macro perspective. the main affects are raised below. first, train the students perception. teachers provide rich learning resources, which demonstrate something students unknown. students are easy to imagine in these resources stimulation. to some extent, these increase students powers of observation, understanding and cognitive levels. next, enhance motivation to learn and improve efficiency. students in the information environment are easily affected by curiosity to discover and explore the issues independently. therefore, their inner motivation to learn has greatly improved, and they have curiosity of unknown things and driving force of knowledge, so the learning efficiency has been improved. then, in some cases weaken the students ability of understanding and imagination. teachers in the teaching process, through the click, play, easily present the unknown to students. students learned some things in the uncharted territory, the rest have all been presented to. students imagine time is reduced, so they can not exercise the imagination. finally, numerous and disorderly imformationization resource for students may increase their burden. students are lively, so they have strong curiosity about new things and the unknown. in the information environment, students are easy affected by other resources, so they can not tell what the focus of course, and it is difficult to identify what resources can be utilized, then they easily separate from the outside of learning content. students can not improve the learning efficiency, to meet the requirements of teachers so that they turn to traditional learning resources and learning media, review with books, practice papers. this increases the burden on students(俞瑜,2009:21).however, very few studies take students as survey object to analyze students learning effect in these four areas, the attitude to learning, the ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing, the optimization of learning process and the comprehensive quality.3 the design of investigation3.1 the design of questionnairethe informationized teaching resource is applied widely, and it has much function. so when investigating the influence which informationized teaching resource to english study, we can not evaluate the learning effect by score merely. although it is easy to test, this method is too unilateral to explain the influence informationizd teaching resources to students english study all-round. in the questionnaire, i divide the learning effect into four parts, and they are attitude to learning, the ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing, optimization of learning process and comprehensive quality. (the questionnaire is in appendix i). the form below shows the concrete question in every part. table.1 the design of the questionnairethe attitude to learningthe learning interest in informationization environmentthe confidence of studythe ability of listening, speaking, reading and writingthe ability of listeningthe ability of speakingthe ability of readingthe ability of writingthe optimization of learning processthe attention in classroomthe positivity of taking part in activitiesthe ability consolidation of knowledge in utilizing the information technologythe learning methodthe comprehensive qualitythe horizonthe team spiritthe sense of innovation3.2 the method and process of the investigationwe can use the comparison method to invest. one way needs two test teams. one is taught by traditional method, the other is taught by informationizd teaching resource. the key is they share a same teacher. this method is easy to compare the two teams score, but other aspects contrast needs long time to observe and interview. considering my time limits, i have not chosen this kind of plan. another kind of plan is to seek for a class, which was taught with the traditional teaching way before some special time, and after was taught with information technology. we can analyze result by contrasting the study effect. this contrast process carries on by students, who choose each question option to judge how much they have improved after using the information technology. of course, this approach has one flaw that is some change between two intermediate stage
