英语教研论文英语系列论文：为中小学生英语量身定做.如何提高教学效率和质量随着课程改革的进一步升化，新课标在教学和教育中的进一步实施，我们教师如何在教育教学中提高教育教学效率和质量成为我们教师必须研究和解决的问题。我在教学中根据学生实际情况，结合自身教学经验以及数学学科的特点，我认为在教学工作中应从以下几个方面开展工作。一、因材施教。我们学校地处农村，学生的整体素质不是很好，水平参差不齐，因此，在教学中，我针对不同学生的情况提出不同的要求。在实际教学中将学生分为a、b、c三个小组。其中a组为优生，在教学中尽量让这部分学生学好，学够，在课内和课外单独为这部分学生布置习题，使他们在学习中能“吃好吃饱”。让他们明白,他们将来的任务是为搞经济建设的同胞提供人身安全保障,让我们的人民能安心的建设国家。b组为中等学生，这部分学生是教学中的重点对象，在教学中主要关注这部分学生，在课堂上充分调动这些学生的积极性和主观能动性，积极投入到学习中来。c组为弱差生，这部分学生基础差，学习兴趣不浓，在教学中我重在调动这部分学生的学习积极性和学习兴趣，让他们对学习产生兴趣，从而提高学习成绩。对这三类学生分别布置课外作业，避免a组学生觉得太简单而不想做，c组学生觉得太难而不会做。二、充分调动学生的学习积极性。在教学过程中，我重点是在如何调动学生的积极性和培养学习兴趣上下功夫。俗话说兴趣是最好的老师。只要学生的学习兴趣和学习积极性提高了，其他问题就能解决了。我主要采取以下方法：1、在课堂教学中以学生为主体，让学生积极参与到课堂中来，让学生成为学习的主人，让每个学生都能在课堂上有成功的体会，让每个学生都能感受到学习的乐趣。2、对学生取得的成绩及时表扬，提高学生的学习兴趣。我曾经教过一个叫黄云驰的学生，她的数学成绩不好，有一次上课时她解决了一个其他同学无法解决的难题，我对她大加表扬，从此，她对数学的学习兴趣有很大的提高，成绩突飞猛进。3、让每个学生都能有成功的感觉。在平时的测验中，我不只是对成绩好的学生进行表扬，对c类学生即使成绩并不理想，只要他们比以前取得进步，哪怕只比以前多得了1分，我也会对他们进行表扬，让他们也能体会到学习的成就感。4、组织数学学习兴趣小组，通过各种兴趣活动提高学生的学习兴趣和积极性。三、精讲精练。我在教学过程中，改变以前的课堂由老师一个人全堂讲为精讲，每堂课讲大约20分钟，重在培养学生的学习方法，教会学生如何学习，让学生成为学习的主人。在练习题的选择上，我在上课之前进行精心的挑选，尽量避免繁难和机械重复的体型，让学生每完成一个题都有不同的收获，这样也可以避免让学生对数学练习题产生反感，让他们觉得做数学题是一种享受，改变以前的题海战术。四、情感教育。在教育教学中，注重对学生进行情感教育，注重对学生进行感情交流，消除师生之间的隔阂，1以听、说、读带动写作语言技能包括听、说、读、写4个方面的技能以及这4种技能的综合运用能力。听和读是理解的技能，说和写是表达的技能。这四种技能在语言学习和交际qj相辅相成、相瓦促进。听、说、读、写这4个技能足相互依赖的。听和读足输入，是理解和吸收语言信息的手段。只有达到足够的输入量，才能保证学生有说和写的输出能力。1)通过听的渠道获得语占信息及语言感受，在外语学习中至关苇要。听是通过听觉器官对语言进行输入，具体做法是把听和写结合起来，即听写练习。听写的范围很广，短至一句话，长到一篇文章，常用的单词、短语及各种不规则变化的单词，都可以包括在内，通过高频练习，奠定写作基础。不写没有读过的语言，不读没有说过的语言，不说没有听过的语言。2)读是通过视觉器官对语言进行输入。具体做法是泛读和精读一起抓。通过泛读增加学卞的阅读量，扩大他们的视野和提高他们的信息兴趣，并且可以丰富他们的语言使用经验，从而增强他们的语感和对文字的快速感知能力。在精读方面，主要要求学生仔细阅读所学的课文，注意限时阅读训练与课外泛读能力和自由表达能力。2以句子促篇章任何一篇书面表达总是建立在词句的熟练掌握这一基础上。学生在实际写作中对词句的运用有时会出现chinglish现象，因此，有必要加强对词句的训练，着晕训练学生准确选词和用词的能力。“选词”就是要求能在所提供的材料中抓住关键词，这是写好书面表达的至关重要的一个方面。“用词”就足要求作文时恰当用词，要正确用词，就要做好同义词、近义词的比较和分析。此外，句子是文章的基本单位，因而要把基本句型的训练作为写作训练的霞点来抓。只有熟练掌握了基本句型，才能灵活多样地进行书面表达。句子作为语言的使用单位，是j来表达思想感情的。要帮助学牛把文章中的句子写得基本符合英语语占的要求，能够恰当表达自己真实的感情，具有一定的感染力。21加强翻译练习 汉译英教学法，俗称为翻译法，在外语教学中是客观存在的。无论教师采用什么样的教材，什么样的教学方式，中考英语精选单选题易错题100题1 what do you think _solve the problem ?a you can do b can you do c you can do to d can you do to2 in the past he often made his sister_, but now he is often made _by his sister. a to cry;
